Paul Banyard and his team have been amazing and have always gone the extra mile to advise and help and double check. Overall I feel their prices are competitive. EDIT: Thanks for your answer below and for the e-mails we exchanged today. I understand that the delay is due to the lasting of this emergency and I look forward for your (more) regular updates on the matter. I am a bit preoccupied. On June 26th you confirmed the receipt of an important, rather scarce, part from our car that had to be refurbished, explaining that the work would have taken 2-3 weeks. On August 3 you acknowledged some delays due to the pandemic, but assured that you would have worked on our order with priority. Since then, no news. No answer to emails neither to voicemails. What's going on there?
