I Would like to thank Jane and Bob at Belgrave glass for making my mirror look as good as new after it accidentally got broken on Saturday morning while I was decorating, I took it straight down to Belgrave glass who replaced the mirror, and secured the back for me in Less than 10 minutes. I’m so happy my mirror looks as good as new ready for hanging in my newly decorated room. Excellent customer service and workmanship! So glad I followed the recommendation of someone who used their services before. Had a mirror replaced in a large pine frame this morning, and with in 10 minutes it was done! And this without any pre-bookings. 1 phone call, was all it took, and was told to drop in when convenient. To top it off , was charged a reasonable price too! Nothing was too much, as the gentleman even came out and helped me to put the mirror back into my small car. Now that's what you call customer service! Highly recommend this place!

I needed a pane of glass cutting down and was expecting to have to leave it and return the following day. It was done within 3 minutes! A friendly and speedy service, and they also took my broken glass away to dispose of so it saved me a trip to the tip. Would definitely go back for any more glass needs.

Good choice of glass splash backs in many colours

We needed glass up stands to match what our kitchen supplier called Baltic Blue. Problem was, this is not a recognised RAL or Pantone colour. So we challenged Belgrave Glass to come up with a match from a small colour pen supplied by the kitchen manufacturer. They did, resulting in a perfect match. Belgrave also kept us in touch with the process from start to finish. Great to see such good communication and quality product from this friendly family team.
