I bought the scanner to sort out my Smart 450 clutch and gearbox issues. Having to install the software on my laptop certainly had me worried as I'm not good at installing and unpacking files, however Holly at Diagnostic Central did it remotely and installed it and had it working in half an hour 👍🏻. The Wow software is excellent and does much much more than my icarsoft scanner ever did. I cannot fault this company for either the product or customer service. If you need a Diagnostic scanner you need to buy it from this company.

Great diagnostic product, good price and does the job. First time I have been able to read the roof module in my Tigra. Support is amazing, I went through WhatsApp and got a reply in no time, open until 9pm most days. Would highly recommend.

Great Company, great knowledge with very reasonable prices. Purchased the highest end tablet version with the mapping option. First one arrived with a cracked screen. Diagnostic Central replaced the item and shipped a new one the same day. When the replacement arrived, they were again very quick to respond to reprogram the new tablet to my existing VCI and Remapper. Brilliant customer service and very quick to respond to any queries. Would highly recommend them, and will be using again when the software or hardware needs updating.

I brought a System from them in 2018 & the unit had helped me over the years with all vehicles. 2022 time to sort the extended 12 month support which i think is a great price, the whatsapp chat team helped me step by step & then downloaded the updated version for free!
