Mo was extremely helpful and handled a busy waiting room without dropping service levels at all. Couldn’t be more helpful when I asked to return and replace an unneeded item and gave me great advise when I asked about the correct way to install the products I purchased. I would definitely use this Location again should I need car parts for my car, or future cars.

Purchased some wipers. sought advice from the salesperson. I did ask if someone would come out to the car to take a look to make sure it was the right one. They said they don't do that. The salesperson insisted what was being advised was the correct one. Got home and it would not fit. Had to make a second trip back to get the correct one after seeking advice from someone else (not from euro car parts)

I received two wrong parts despite giving my number plate, so EuroCarPart's system needs some work to ensure this doesn't happen. Nonetheless, the refunds for the parts were quick and easy and I was able to get the right parts in the end. The staff were friendly and quick at getting the parts meaning their warehouse must be well-organised.

Went into the store to enquire about a number plate lamp for my Citroen c3 car and the gentleman (mohanad) knew exactly which one I needed, he pulled the part up on his computer and ordered it for me straight the way, very impressed with the price as I've been quoted well in excess of £40+ elsewhere, so I'm very pleased with my product. Very good customer service, very polite and courteous,would definitely recommend to anyone.

He did find it eventually but because he was on his own it created a queue of about eight people.

Loving the new location, much easier to park now. I always manage to get what I need once i give my registration number. I've had no problem exchanging goods, for example incorrect bulbs brought. Good at some extent. Not all products are always available so sometimes it could be better to order online for a delivery service. The customer service was really good and the lady at the desk tried her best to help but her supervisor was of a strong character, I'm not too sure whether she had a bad day or what. But overall is a good place for car parts and I would reccomend.

To top it off the beeping noises from behind the till are about to make me go mad. Cheap parts but is it worth the hassle. Probably not. Won't be returning. See you in the asylum! UPDATED REVIEW: originally gave 1* review and now edited to 3* after ordering online and getting parts same day within 2 hours. Fantastic service and needs to be commended. Visited last week for some shock absorbers, the shops clean and tidy and the staff are helpful and friendly, my only complaint is with euro car parts the company, I find it odd that they always have a 45% off sale, if you check there prices against other parts places you'll find there original prices at ECP are massively inflated, so really the 45% off just brings the prices down the same as everyone else's. A central location means it's fairly accessible from every direction. Click and collect next day is available on pretty much everything as long as you order early enough the day before, and quite a lot of standard parts are available same day. It has lots of promotions on each week, so if you're not in a rush give it a few days and the part you're after will probably be discounted at some point.

Pretty good place to get your parts from. Prices are usually good although it’s best to do your research online, select the parts then order online and pop in to collect them. If you ask their advice they usually get it wrong. Car parking is a nightmare, Also queues at the counter can be very long with only one person serving

Even though they had the parts in stock and at a very good price the collection was an absolute nightmare. The parts were ordered online which was easy to do and an order reference given then the fun started. It is impossible to park near to the branch Freemans common due to the sheer number of Europarts company vans parked outside (Maybe a designated area for your company vans might be a good idea.) Then had to join a ever growing long queue as there was only one member of staff on the counter even though several members of staff walked by only to be highly amused by her dilemma. My honest opinion of Europarts is that either have a "click and collect" section on your counter or get some of the staff that are roaming around to help serve your customers.

There car park is a bit tight. They are reasonable priced considering where the based with main manufacturers around them.

I've had many many things from here from the Euro Car Parts in Leicester I find it always very reasonable and very helpful to speak to a member of staff to make sure you're getting the right product for your car I believe there's an app you can get for the iPhone and Android if not there is always a website very well recommended but as far as I'm aware as the name suggests is only available for cars made in Europe so parts for Cadillac Toyota Suzuki ect might not be available in this business
