Great customer service, even though I didn't but the bottle from them they were still happy enough to help me with my problem I was having with my gas bottle!

I bought the wrong European Gas adaptors for my camper van. I didn't realise for about 3 months, due to lockdown. When I finally realised, I contacted the LPGshop and asked if they would swap them for the right ones. I knew that due to the time, they had no legal obligation to do so, but they were happy to do so, if I paid the return postage. They were as good as their word and my new adaptors arrived this morning. Really great customer service.

I've just bought my second 30L underslung tank kit from here and have also bought a safefull bottle, this is a great place and I find there site very easy to use compared to other sites, this was the main reason I've used them so much, The staff are very helpful and know there stuff when you get stuck and need some advice, Keep up the good work lpg shop,🙂👍

These guys were simply incredible. Coming over from France i struggled first of all to find a calor gas refill for our camper. Eventually had to get one delivered from Preston to Kendal, Cumbria! But...it came with wrong type of connection. Spent one half day visiting 6 premises to try to obtain adapter! No luck! Spent another 2 hours phoning numerous so called 'calor' specialists..no one could help. Finally found these guys..spoke to David on the phone. He knew exactly what i needed and even better, had an LPG adapter so that i can forever more fill my empty bottle at a gas station. I drove down next day. 30 euros. Job done. Absolutely brilliant.!!!

Popped into the shop 2 weeks ago to buy a underslung tank system for our motorhome. After discussion with David we decided that we didn’t want to drill through the floor to fit the tank so went for composite bottle system. They put together all the pipes connections in a box and said the bottles would be sent direct to our address from Poland. A week later they said there was a problem in the factory and it was going to be at least another 2 weeks to sort out. They then suggested aluminium light weight bottles which are a fair bit dearer but they were willing to cover the extra cost. The system is now fitted including external filler point and external bbq point. They were fantastic to deal with and extremely knowledgable and could not have been more helpful.
