Was very clear with their process, worked fast and expertly, cleared the broken glass from inside the car door, didn't leave any mess and gave really helpful advice for ongoing upkeep after the window change.

C. S.I accidentally smashed the rear screen on my wife’s Berlingo and requested a quote from Dom yesterday morning. He was receptive and courteous and clearly knew what he was talking about, which reassured me. He rang me back shortly afterwards and confirmed a good value price so I booked the repair straight away and the repair was completed this morning before 10am and seems a very professional job. Really couldn’t ask for more than that. By comparison, my experience of getting quotes from Swift’s competitors was pretty tortuous and did not inspire me to want to trust them at all... one ‘nationwide’ supplier was particularly disappointing and between ringing their call centre and getting the local fitter to contact me for more details, the price had more than doubled! No messing around like that from Swift, and I would definitely recommend based on my personal experience.
