Great experience with this company . Had a front door that continually struggled with opening . Another company came and used a hammer on it and failed to make it better … in fact got worse . John came out (after looking online and seeing positive feedback). Said they could definitely fix it. Came back 2 days later . Toe and heeled it. It had dropped 1 inch so wasn’t hitting the locks accurately . Also the locks were not retracting fully so that’s why the door was so hard to open A new locking system was installed. We found out the old locks were broke inside . Now the door opens and closes and locks perfectly. Yes it cost a a bit more than we first expected but 100% better than previous repair and impressive repair too . A new door was quoted £1000 so my repair was well worth it Definitely recommend . John came down and did a fab job with our window hinges. No more cold draughts and our home is so much warmer since getting them changed. Highly recommend, john was reliable, friendly and charged us a very reasonable price for all our windows compared to other companys. 5* service.

Just really good service. Rang them on a Saturday, by Wednesday my steamed up glass (x 4) had been replaced....and a couple of doors adjusted (hinges I think). Have passed number on to a few friends...oh, and got a quote for a new front bay window.
