K. C.Very pleased with the service I received in Halfords Speke, the staff there are very helpful and well informed. I'm a complete novice when it comes to cycle purchasing but the staff put me at ease. There's a guy called Manny his especially helpful if your confused about anything he will talk you through your options. Then there's Tony in the bike section his the guy to see when you collect your bike that's built in store he takes his time to talk you through the process, I never felt rushed he goes above board to make sure your happy with the service. Overall great experience shopping here.
C. S.We ordered a front and rear dashcam and paid for fitting. We arrived at store and were attended to by Josh who was doing the fitting. He took the keys, went through all the paperwork and explained it would take about 2 - 2.5 hours so we went for lunch and shopping. He rang within two hours and said it was ready. We went to pick the car up and he went through and explained it all. He had done a remarkably neat job and hidden all the wires. He explained everything and went through how it worked. He was polite, friendly and helpful. It is a service I would recommend and Josh massive well done. I work in customer service as a Manager and people like you are like gold.

c.Halfords Speke offers great customer service. They are knowledgeable about bikes and go out of their way to assist. I had a problem with one of their bikes and they resolved it fairly to the extent I’d be happy to do business again.
