The place to go if you need a car part. but ore buy online with one of their ongoing voucher codes to get best price. Worst thing about this store is the slow service. expect it to take 15-20 mins waiting in a short queue and then request your reservation and then wait a few more minutes for stuff to be picked. best range, too slow service.

Just a shout out to Isaac who works at Catford. Was very busy in the store but he handled his role very well. He appeared to be very understaffed and was still coping. Hope you can give him all the support he needs. Keep up the good work Isaac. Managed to get a sump plug with washer for £3, Volvo quoted £15. Nice work!

Euro car parts is great for price for nearly everything car parts related by far alot cheaper then the other highstreet retailers. Especially when you buy it first through the website, as you can use the online codes. That HOWEVER is the best it gets, when you go to pick up your goods the instore journey for customers is a complete shambles. Not just Catford , I've visited 6 different stores on various occasions. All are very slow instore service, even if you've done a click and collect. As there is only generally 1 serving so most of the time always a queue to wait to confirm that your here ready for pickup. Then you still have to wait for the item to be brought out from the warehouse by another staff which again takes another 5min. Lastly staff reception of customers could do with some more training in the form of greeting "Hi" & "thank you" when leaving. But this can all be overlooked if price is what's important to you.

Not open on time, had to bang on door for access, then wait for employee to log in to system. No comment. Told to wait at staff entrance for part and had the joy of watching staff enjoy their break less than half an hour after the store was supposed to be open. Item not found should be in later this morning. Let's see how that works out.

A bit of a mish mash of opinion here. Some of the things on the website just aren't suited to your particular car even though it specifys' otherwise...however they do refund your money quickly enough. Other than that their polite at Reception, though service at collection is a bit slow.

I have been there a few times. I found the prices to be cheaper than other branches of euro car parts and also cheaper than most other motor car parts shops. The service can be very slow somtimes and staff do not appear to want to do anything about it. They seem to be short of staff, most of the time. So i would recommend you avoid busier times, otherwise you can find yourself waiting around for an hour or more ! Otherwise staff are helpful when you are seen and are keen to resolve any issues you may have and provide refund / exchanges without hesitation. No hesitation in coming out to your car either to check things. Generally the staff in there are pleasant and helpful but on my last visit there was a chubby young lady sitting at the counter who had a terrible bossy personality. she could not care less about customers or her job and was condescending and unpleasant to most of the customers that she was serving. She was more interested in making fun of customers and belittling them , which i found to be quiet shocking. I just wanted to get out as quickly as i could before she starts to pick on me ! Iam hoping this was just a one off and is not a regular occurance. Maybe she just thinks its her idea of having a bit of fun , and its ok to do that. It clearly isn't.

I haven't had a horrible experience there. Customer service is pretty good, very friendly staff and I always get my things fairly quickly. Location is ok, the store can do with some updating but I guess if you're only there for 5/10 minutes, it probably doesn't matter that much. The queues can get pretty long but I've only witnessed this because the customer service representatives are doing a thorough job in advising people, so it's not a negative really, just something to be aware of if you are behind a customer who needs more help than normal.

Good staff, very funny and helpful. Always got the items in stock. If they don't then it's usually available next working day. Only downside is lack of parking and sometimes the wait to collect your items but that's waiting is offset buy the joking staff who keep customers entertained.

The staff of this particular branch are exceptionally helpful. If you're planning to go there look for Dan he will beat the online discount price for you. The manager of the place will go out of the way to assist you with your problem and will suggest you things which the mechanics won't. Once I was 2 mins late and Dan and the manager who's name I forgot, not only served me but made sure I had everything sorted before I left. Love the staff there.

Always helpful and I have personally have never had a bad experience with these guys. But ... but... It does help to have half a clue of what you're looking for or to know what you're doing around a motor. The younger staff whilst being very helpful by nature sometimes rely on their computers a bit too much. There is a clear difference between asking someone who knows how to use a spanner and talking to one. overall a decent experience ... be patient them at busy times as I can imagine they also have to deal with 'general public spanners'.

Great prices and products, but not so great a service - This store appears to be quite disorganised and there are always a lot of customers so expect to wait a while. Things are often out of stock so it's best to check with them that they definitely have what you need before going. I've been told on several occasions to just order online which suggests that it's better to use their click and collect service or just wait home for it. Having said that, I have had a 'missing' order there before which someone had just misplaced and took several staff members and multiple searches to find !

Difficult to find but once I found them I was pleased with the price of my wiper blades. One of the guys offered to fit it for me as I was unable to remove the old one myself. He didn't even charge me even though I offered to pay unlike Halfords who charge for fitting.

Good friendly staff can get a good deal if you use them a lot . DO NOT get cheap sensors try to get the original brand e.g. Bosch for a bmw co2 sensor ask the staff they are very knowagable . Plenty of parking outside but this is a very busy place at times can be waiting 20mins to be served
