The biggest downfall of this place is that it's always too crowded with only one person working behind a counter. If there is a customer in front of you with the slightest issue, you'll be there for good 30 minutes IF you are lucky.

Been coming here for a few years now and never been disappointed. Orders are made online and collected in person. Staff have always been fast and efficient in handling my orders. PAV one of the receptionist has served me on 3 separate occasions and has been very polite and fast. Thanks to you all and I will definitely be using this store again.

Buying car parts can be tricky with so many option and different size, did I know I would struggle with a wiper blade? Well I did. I bought one 2weeks ago and it was the wrong one so went back and the guy (should’ve got his name) on the till was so helpful he even came out to have a look and did his best to help me out. I really appreciate his amazing service plus he took his time to track down an order that I placed 2 weeks ago. He made the refund and exchange processes easy and did not give me hard time. This is the best place for car parts no doubt. There can be long ques and to ask for help can be difficult as there are limited staff availible for this. They defo prefer if you pre order things online before you go in which i can understand as you do get good discounts and all they need to do is bring up the order and take payment. Having said that bringing the order out despite having pre ordered can take long time which is annoying.

Best customer service in the beach if compared to other branches. I’ve tried few other branches with most of them had bad experiences, would make you wait ages, I tried to return an order in another branch and was told that I’ve used the part when I didn’t even took it out if the box.

I had placed a click and collect for the first time through the website, and one of the guys that work there think his name was hans or something. Had called me to let me know the order was ready for collection, I was in and out of the shop within 10mins. Which is awesome!

Well maybe they have wide range of car parts and products but waiting time to be served seems to take ages. It happend to me about 2 weeks ago when I went there to buy something and was waiting about 10 mins to be served,once it happed I waited another 10mins for another guy to bring me my item. I thought services in all branches works the same but no, this is the slowest shop I have ever been to. I can reccomend you Euro Car Parts Sutton. A bit further but You won't be dissapointed. Once I got there I was served immediately, meanwhile other guy brought the part. Alltogether took less than 5mins.

Euro Car Parts in Colliers Wood is situated an industrial area but convenient for locals to shop for their car essential items. Normally online store has free delivery charge. Therefore I only use this store if I have anything to return. Otherwise you can use this store if any parts needed urgent. It has limited car parks available and you can't normally get any space here.

Cheap prices and plenty of stock. Can order online to pickup, and usually has stock at decent prices that you wouldn't get from your local Halfords (not that there is one around here anymore anyway!). However, can get quite busy in here so be prepared for a wait, or order online to collect to speed things up a bit.

Very good service, I ordered online taking advantage of a special offer, although I went to pick the items up the next day, parking not big but I got a spot OK, there wasn't any waiting after a person I front of me he promptly dealt with my order, and while that was processing he mentioned other special weekend offers that were of interest, in all a pleasant experiencegood team, I left laughing as one of the team cracked a funny car related joke.

As every other eurocarparts store, you have to wait in the line quite long time to be served and then wait for the parts to be brought to you from the back. Even if you reserve your item, still the same situation. All in all ok but longish waiting time should be somehow resolved.

They really need a queuing system... which also needs to be used... customers coming in, just line up on either side and confusion takes over. Why not put some signs up or put on the floor? Also, Staff could keep an eye out, and direct people.
