Very good for all your car spare parts. I wanted some front shock absorbers for my VW Golf. I didn't purchase but the staff were really helpful on the phone and inside the shop. I have been here before and the service is always good. It's worth checking on items as they often have old or obscure stuff for a fraction of the price you would see on e-bay. I once bought a pair of side indicator units for my 1993 Mercedes and they were discounted by 80%. Unbelievable! Always ask if there is a cheaper discounted version of the item you are looking for.

I had a very bad experience with the company in another branch. I have been sent the wrong items and they have never got back to my emails or phone calls. However in the Hornsey branch I have received excellent customer service by Simone which has patiently got in touch with the other branch to solve my problem! Wouldn't really reccomended the company for the past experience, however this branch has the best customer service I have received.

Staff friendly enough but most of them seem intent on carrying out their lively conversations in the back rather than helping to serve customers! The guy serving me was obviously new and was trying to get help in what to do with the variety of options for a brake light switch on 1 particular model and no-one would come out and help.. This can often lead to long queues! Happens in other branches such as Edmonton so must be a head office way of keeping management happy.. Other than that-prices decent&branches local=happy days:)

First time here. The young man that served me was respectful and got me a cheap price without my asking. Bought new battery with 3 year warranty. They don't fit them I'm afraid hence my 3 stars. Unfortunately I had to wait awhile before the battery arrived (wasn't in stock). Controlled parking with no return for two hours before 2pm. So be aware.

Customer Service leaves a little to be desired. Too few staff at front desk. Rather nonchalant attitude, a bit disconcerting to say the least. Plenty of room to improve. The items ordered were however a good bargain and when they finally got their fingers out the items were promptly made available. Pity about the sad faces.
