The people in the till are very helpful and friendly, provide a good customer service, but the online order saw reduce prices in all products but no eligibility for coupons which actually gives you lower price! Anyway coupons or not the prices are high,in majority of items, and you can find the same product with a little bit of research, in a fair price.

I'm not usually one for leaving reviews, however I feel it would be a complete injustice to the staff at this branch if I didn't. The service I and my family received from Carl and his work colleagues was second to none. He (and his team) went above and beyond to help us and provide a 5* service, and this should definitely be recognised. Carl was extremely helpful and professional on the phone and provided us with all the information and expertise that we needed. I will definitely be recommending the branch at Woolwich in the future! Truly outstanding customer service and care! On two occasions within a week staff here helped both me & my partner on both our cars. In-store staff provided excellent advice better than our local garage! Then later on that week Manager John went above & beyond the call of duty to assist me with difficulties i’d experienced at another branch by displaying exemplary problem solving to ensure the best customer experience and value for money. Although this isn’t my local euro-car parts i’ll be making the journey across south east m London, and will recommend others do the same, as evidently you don’t get the same level of service at all branches. I just just got off the phone with a gentleman named Nathan Jacques , I have always used euro car parts for all my cars but always phone experience (especially during quarantine time) Has always been like I was rushed and didn’t really know the parts and seems the person didn’t really care but when today I had a conversation with nathan he seem to know all the stuff and parts and he was on point with customer Service, Help me out within 2 mins and advised me in a way I felt to buy off Nathan .. great job Nathan keep it up Well done

I bought some stuff from euro car parks but when they were not the right kit sending them back would have cost some wonga, luckily I found this store in a small industrial park and hand them in here. Perfect if you live close by

Really good place to get cheap parts. They normally have a discount code on their website. You can order then collect it.

Staff seem genuinely want to help but I think there is something severely wrong with the europarts ordering system, I ordered a battery off of eBay (bear with me, I'll keep it short and relevant lol) on the official europarts page with click and collect, waited for a week and nothing, contacted eBay and they said it had been refunded and would need to go to the Orpington store to see if they still have it. In the meantime there was a bank holiday sale on the europarts site so I got the next version up battery for £20 cheaper (along with some wipers with click and collect at woolwich). I got my email to collect, I turned up, the manager scratched his head and after waiting a whilr he declared that they didnt have the battery but could offer me an equivalent Bosch. The bosch wasn't an equivalent so he kindly ordered one in and i collected the next day but but in between battery 2 and 3 I realised the compatible wipers they had sold me werent compatible and then I got an email that battery 1 was ready for collection from Orpington lol (2 weeks at this point since ordering). When I was there other custoners having the same problem (incompatible item sold as compatible and cannot locate stock).
