A. A.It is my first time to purchase something at Halfords Chiswick and all I can say are good things about this store. It was recommended by my friend/co-worker to buy my first bicycle here since she also got hers at Halfords. I have no clue as which bike and what size frame to get so I scanned the store online and filled up this interactive size guide, it was recommended online to get a frame 14". I wanted to see myself if I will be comfortable on the said size so I went to the store.. I was greeted by this lovely staff, Selene, she answered all my questions and advised me to get frame 17" as my legs are long. She let me try the bikes myself at the store then I went home and thought as to which bike is now to order. To be honest, this made me more confused after, I have put in the interactive size guide online that my legs are longer than the average and it still gave me a size 14". I wasn't self satisfied with my decision so I went to do this "Chat with an expert" online, my queries were responded very quick. I was really impressed! When I went to the store to collect my purchase Selene was also the one who assisted me. I'm giving this store 10/10. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!
Y. M.Absolutely amazing service and staff. Loved getting my bike serviced by Renaldo, who was incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable and great at adjusting/improving my bike. He took the time to also explain all the different parts being serviced and why. I’ll definitely be going back to get my bike fully serviced in the near future.
K. J.Very nice store. Went in for a car check as I noticed my coolant levels were low and wasn't sure if I had the correct coolant for my car. Sully checked my car whilst giving me helpful information and tips. Checked my brake fluid levels when I asked even though it wasn't part of the car check. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend getting cars checked here!
x. u.I went to the Halfords shop in Chiswick seeking help to fix a couple of issues that my bike had. The technician that assisted me (Amar) quickly sorted out the problems plus tuned both the front & disk brakes - he definitely exceed my expectations, it doesn't happen too often to have such a professional service! Highly recommended.

M. A.Really good experience at this branch. Friendly knowledgeable staff and Renaldo fixed my bike tyre puncture in double-quick time. Good value too. No idea what he's like a free-kicks though . . .
P. C.Last Sunday, I found a small puncture in my bike tyre and hoped to have it replaced right away. The staff was able to help me with that quickly, and also offered some useful advice on tyres without being pushy. I am happy enough with the experience that I decide to go there for my next bike service.
D. R.I had a problem with my car (a very very flat battery!) and went to Halfords to look at some jump leads. A member of staff came over to help, suggested a gizmo (Noco GB20 500A JUMP START kit) which was new to me. I bought this, took it home, charged it, and it started my dead car - it worked. Car sorted and one very happy customer. Well done Halfords in Chiswick :)
