J. L.Had a suspension fault on my XF and took it to my nearest Jaguar main dealer in Cornwall who told me that the parts were on back order and could be a month or so. They told me that they had looked on eBay and these things could not be sourced anywhere. A light bulb moment later and I remembered having very positive experience with the Jag Shop and Mike sourced new original parts the very next morning. I went back to the dealer, who wasn't very helpful but when I said that I wasn't going to pay them for their diagnostics they suddenly found that the parts were available within 24 hours. Odd. The moral of the story is to go straight to these guys who know what they are doing, rather than a pretty face in a flashy showroom who doesn't know if it's Christmas or Easter
