K.Very patient, very informative and good customer service. This was my first time using this shop to send a Vinted parcel via Yodel Collect Plus and my first time sending with Yodel. I wandered in and straight away I was asked if I needed help, really great customer service. I handed over the package with a barcode attached and the shop owner kindly explained that I can just show the email with the barcode on. This is great, because now I save on waist, which is better for the environment, (although I use plastic mailer, it’s reusable and 100% recyclable). The address label was printed in the shop and attached to the box. I asked to take a photo of the package, because I’d not used the service before and wasn’t aware that the receipt would have the recipients address details. But also because I like the recipient to know what the package looks like in case they have to collect. He allowed me to, but also explained I don’t need to take a photo and can do it before coming to the shop. Once I received the receipt, I could see it had all the information on it and realised what he was explaining to me. It was very reassuring and will make my next visit quicker and easier for both of us.
