B. Q.Unfortunately I can't rate the quality of their product or installation, only the customer service I received. I can only describe getting information from them as difficult and frustrating. I spent many weeks chasing them for information after they provided a quote for a glass Juliet balcony, including many phone calls and several emails. For almost all of these I received no response after being told they would be back in touch. In the end, they told me it was because they were not actually able to carry out the job, leaving me totally perplexed as to why they had provided a quote in the first place. Baffling.
