A big thumbs up for the team at this functional site. From the ease of booking, to the friendly and helpful customer service on the day, Tom and his colleagues are a credit to Land Rover. Tom also talked through what needed doing clearly and concisely, and provided good advice on other fronts, leaving my wife and I sure we will return despite it not being our nearest LR service centre. For the first time in decades I feel I have found a garage that knows their vehicles and cares about their customers.
Took the car in to have an engine warning light (reduced performance) checked, and asked them to fix the "Stop Start". It may seem odd to be so pleased, but both issues were sorted out efficiently and for a sensible price. I previously used our local LR dealership in Battersea and my wife and I were expecting a huge bill. Even when Michael had explained what was required the bill was a LOT LESS than I expected (I even queried it). The "Stop Start" works faultlessly and the engine seems to be so much smoother. Thanks to Michael and the team.

What fantastic service from Michael and the whole team. After a mercy dash on a Friday at 4.30pm to fix a driver’s side window which was stuck in the down position, the team couldn’t have been more helpful.
After 30mins, our Disco was sorted, and we were back on our way up north.

Had a leaking windscreen last week in my discovery 5.
Literally it was raining inside the car!
After being told Land Rover assist that I could have an appointment in two weeks time, I drove to Wimbledon Land Rover and basically walked in and said it was raining in my car!
The boss (Michael) had a look and got one of his team to tape up the screen saying that it needed to be rebonded as the seal had failed.
He booked me to go back in on Friday, but in the meantime ( after I threw my toys out of the pram with the Main LR supplying dealer ) I got the screen fixed by them.
Carelessly, I totally forgot to cancel the Friday appointment!
I called Michael, who said, "don't worry about it, it's ok ", even though he mentioned that he had called a windscreen specialist to do the job and that they were waiting for me to arrive.
Long story short....amazing service.
Michael is no nonsense!
He had previous diagnosed a fault on the discovery back in 2019 (a wire under the car had been chewed by a rodent) where it had been back to the main dealer three times (each time they said "all good we have done an update and it is 100% now ", which it clearly wasn't).
100% recommend these guys...not only do they know what they are doing, they are quick and will even deliver the car back to you.
Old skool service...sadly lacking in most dealerships.

I have used Wimbledon Land Rover Service more than once. I have a very good understanding of auto engineering, and have found them to be pragmatic and accurate with their suggestions on how faults should be resolved. They are very good value, and service levels are high (collection/drop off, available on the phone etc.). Every business could improve, but as far as service centres go, these are one of the best.

Not only do they come collect and drop off from the furthest away places (covid necessary temporary move), but they do so without making a song and dance out of it all. Efficient turn around. Finally a Land Rover dealership that won't rip your eyes out for a service. I've spent 2 years fighting with Looker Battersea, and am so glad Wimbledon was suggested. Quick efficient service, no unnecessary work carried out, collect and return, clean. If you are in SW London this is the only dealership to go to. I will no longer fear the November service and MOT!

I had a really good experience with these people which restored my faith in the car industry. I took my car to a rival dealership in Battersea who had my car for 3 days instead of the 4 hours they had initially said and then wanted to charge me for what they said was a common problem, I refused to pay and collected my car and took it to Wimbledon who repaired the fault within 20 minutes as a goodwill gesture. I will certainly be using these people for future services and any other issues, well done Wimbledon Land Rover.

I took my wife's Ranger Rover Evoque SD4 Dynamic to Wimbledon to have some door locking issues fixed whilst under Land Rover's used approved warranty. However, to put my experience into context. I purchased the car from Lookers in Acton a 2014 model with 25k. Two weeks after purchasing the drivers door wouldn't open from the outside, mirrors were not folding in and car not alarming properly. Emailed and called Lookers in Acton. No response. I ended up calling Land Rover Assistance and was told I could call Lookers in Battersea. I was told that they couldn't see me for 6 weeks. I explained to them that not being able to alarm the vehicle was a bit of a problem as this was a replacement for my wife's Evoque which had been stolen a month earlier, not that it made any difference ad the feeling I got was that they couldn't care less. Called Wimbledon Lamd Rover and spoke to the very helpful Michael. He booked me in for 2 days time. Dropped the car off at 8am and got it back at 3pm. All working perfectly. Fast forward 6 weeks (last weekend) and i have the same issue, but with the passenger door. Call Michael first thing Monday morning and books me in for today (Wednesday). Arrived early by 30 mins at 7.30 am (they don't open until 8am), Michael already there and said no problem to leave. Get the car back at 3pm. Great service and very friendly team and cannot recommend highly enough for anyone need a service or repair to their Land Rover / Range Rover. Definitely wort the extra drive from South London avoiding Battersea (Lookers)

I needed some work done on my Range Rover, about 3 months ago and i first called them to get an idea of costs and such, my enquiries were dealt with plain language and very friendly and welcoming nature.
I popped down to see them my problem was diagnosed in 10 mins, i was booked in the same day, and picked up my car the next.

Just had an MOT for my silver F pace. Put in the capable hands of service rep Zophia Alexander which worked out superb.
New service center looks great just needs more luxurious sofas to complete the image rather than the cheap ones in the center has now. Coffee machine is really good quality. Good selection of magazines and news papers as well as free wifi which is essential.

After a bad experience at my local main LR dealer, I have taken my RR Vogue to Wimbledon Land Rover Service Centre (a 3 hour round trip for me).
They did a main service a few months ago (surprisingly only about £30 more than an Indy I have used!) and were great.
More recently, I had a serious leak on the power steering and the guys at Wimbledon diagnosed a leaking hose, so I had to leave the car with them.
I wanted to return on Saturday morning at 8.00 to pick the car up but they had been struggling to fit the job in, so Michael and his mechanic (!) had gone in early at 7.00 am specially to make sure everything was finished and the car was ready for me to pick up. I left at 8.01 am (and was back in time to go to work!!).
That's going the extra mile! Respect, gratitude and appreciation for Michael and his team at Wimbledon Land Rover Service Centre.

They take care of new models well. But have a thing for older ones. The problem is that Rovers stay good for quite a lot of time. I hope they offer something better for the older ones, even at a premium. Sometimes we cant let go of an old machine just because it is not new.
