Thank you Anne, she's absolutely fantastic and a real credit to you. She was so lovely on the phone and a true fountain of knowledge about diving. And very honest. You couldn't find a better diving instructor in the area, I know I've tried. I LOVE that they're building a true community, it gives the learners a far better opportunity to learn about the different areas of diving, technical side,the gear and depths. So glad to finally find someone I can trust to teach my partner that I don't have to worry about. I hope you continue to keep building. You're awesome and I look forward to seeing more of you guys.

My wife and I wanted to take a proper PADI course whilst we were on holiday in Mexico in September 2022. A couple of weeks before we went we asked Dive Manchester would they be prepared to give us some pre-lessons simply to gain some Scuba experience before we went away. Anne fitted us in at short notice and arranged 4 dives for us at a local pool. The experience we gained proved invaluable in gaining our PADI certificates in Mexico. Great prices and communication too. We highly recommend this company.

A great dive shop run by John and Anne that not only sell and teach scuba diving but live for it. I first called in to enquire about a holiday to the Maldives two years ago. After a couple of visit you stop being a customer and become part of the extended diving family. Even just calling in for a chat and brew is welcomed. Along with the shop there’s the club, loads of active divers that are out nearly ever weekend and very welcoming members to new divers.

Fantastic service, aqua lung suitcase was delayed due to the manufacturer not this companies fault. However great communication about the delays and they got it to as fast as they could. Even a cute little note in the package thanking us for our patience which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this shop great people to deal with and will be a returning customer 🙂

Brilliant customer service I bought my mask and snorkel from them. Ann was very welcoming and patient with me and helped me to choose the right mask for my face. A great Dive centre! Anne, John, Dave and Stewart all go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure us, the trainee feel welcomed and safe whilst progressing our skills as divers. The club offered loads of flexibility in terms of times and dates. They also offered plenty of opportunity to use their pool facility. In terms of delivery of the course I feel the team excel. No box ticking here. They do and re-do exercises until you're up to standard and comfortable with the skill. I was privileged enough (I think) to have three of the team exclusively diving and delivering my rescue course which gave me the opportunity to seek advice from three hugely experienced instructors. The shop also offers plenty of variety in goods and brands and at a competitive price. Would highly recommend using Dive Manchester for all your Scuba needs. Thanks

I had my Advanced Open Water coming up abroad and couldn’t master the compass. I went to the store in desperation and even though I wasn’t a member of their club and wasn’t buying anything, John took the time to help me and gave me the best tips whilst Anne invited me to the Maldives! A few months down the line, navigation firmly under my belt, now a club member and Maldives booked for 2020, I can’t recommend Dive Manchester enough. Genuine and funny, warm and open, supportive and responsive, great prices in the shop, always welcoming, they can never do enough for you.

The shop is owned by a very nice, friendly and welcoming couple. Both very experienced and knowledgeable yet willing to share my enthusiasm as a newly qualified DM buying my own equipment for the first time. I could have quite easily sat chatting to them for hours if my Dad wasn't waiting for me in the car outside. I'm not planning on staying in the UK for much longer but would definitely love to go diving with them when I return! Thanks for all your help and advice. As others have said, John and Anne are a friendly pair. I needed a battery change on my dive computer ASAP, I was offered a same day service from John at a reasonable price. Had a good chat with John about the whole dive scene in general and also upcoming trips that are being organised with his club. My tank transmitter needed to go off to Suunto for a product recall, Anne messaged me to let me know it was ready for collection. When I went to pick it up I was greeted by a friendly face and a fantastic coffee. Thanks again guys, keep up the great service.

After some BAD experiences with my last dive centre I was looking for other local options and stumbled upon Dive Manchester owned by Anne and John. Called in and was probably the best thing I did this year. Met loads of great people some of who have become good friends. If you want a relaxed centre/shop/club then check them out. No pretentious idiots, just top people with years of experience and a great sense of humour (sometimes a bit unique....John!!!). Couldn't be happier with these guys and I'm sure any new customers will feel the same!

If ever you would want to know you are in safe hands it's when your underwater, not only with the knowledge of thousands of dives behind them, but the wealth of experience and 100% attention to detail as highly experienced instructors . If your thinking of diving then this is the only dive shop I would recommend, they will provided you with all the gear during your courses so you only have to concentrate on your course. oh yes and once your qualified to swim with the fishes you can then be guided by them on what equipment you want for yourself from their extensively stocked shop. diving is about experience and the more people the better, dive manchester have a group of highly experianced people that will help you every step of the way...always in safe hands, oh yes nearly forgot they also have a social group where you can just relax and enjoy chatting about your passion with a glass in hand. go for it take the splash.
