This is amazing. Whilst this place is aimed at the proffessional car mechanics, it caters well for the DIY’r. Friendly, helpful staff and a wide range (and available) parts. Prices are reasonable - join their mailing list for discount codes every week. Covid measures well implemented by everyone. Click and collect is best. Ample car park.

I live around the corner from here and it's a slick operation. You go in and the staff are there first hand to help you , place your order pay. Wait a few minutes whilst Douggie goes and finds your purchases and brings them to you. In and out in less than 5 minutes when ordering a few items. I don't order loads of items cos I go in when the item needs replacing. Check out Google for their offer codes as I bought a new battery with 35% off. Bargain.

The right parts, at the right price. Straight out the warehouse, no waiting for next day delivery. Reasonably quick service, although it's a shame to see only one member of staff on the counter given the complaints in other folk's reviews. Car park was full, despite only a handful of customers in the store. Overall, a positive experience and credit where it's due.

Euro car parts makes buying car parts as easy as shelling peas, even I can do it, once you've put your registration in and found the parts you need you can reserve the items using click and collect, I like the fact you can choose from several different brand parts all at the cheapest price I could find on the internet, definitely the go to place for the cheapest car parts.

This particular store (Whitefield) is excellent. All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they are selling. The wait times are minimal and the store is clean and presentable. The store is easily accessible by road, with plenty of free parking. This store is only let down by the lack of support that it gets from the call centre in Wembley, if a part is faulty for example. I will only buy my car parts directly from the Whitefield branch, as the on-line promise of a next day delivery did not happen for me.

You never can tell with ECP if your getting a good price. The web prices are different to the store prices and there are usually a multitude of confusing offers on. Example a can of brake cleaner, shelf edge price £4.99, poster on the wall says, was £2.99 now £1.99 website says £2.49. Madness. Click and collect works, but you can wait an age in store for your order to be picked and brought to the counter.

I've used Euro Car Parts in Whitefield many times over the years and always received the best service. For example I called in for a thermostat this week for my aging Berlingo and the computer threw up two different types for the same vehicle. The guy went out of his way to double check that I got the correct one for my particular vehicle. Top notch!

First time I've been to this one at preswitch it's a whole lot bigger than I thought it was. Because I've only ever dealt with them over the phone because they have vans that deliver the parts to the workshop what we order from them this is not so often because we use Andrew Pages more often as they were there first and we have an account with them.
