S. S.Best place to get parts for my car never had any issues at all, great standards, quality and cost effective goods. Fantastic customer faced service from Alex and never had to wait longer than 3 minutes to pick up my parts. Unlike some places where male chauvinism is standard, I’ve always been treated as a highly valued female customer.
B. M.I ordered online.. drove to the premises... " Hello... I've come to pick up an item I ordered online.." I smiled as I explained to the person behind the counter... " It'll be a few minutes.. wait over there " he growled... I dutifully did as I was told.. A couple of minutes later my item was thrown on the counter and the same person somewhat dismissively barked the items name without even looking up from his list. I left saying " Thank you ".... No reply from him..... Will I be going back?....

Other than that very rude know it all, got what we needed and were in and out in 5 mins. Won’t go anywhere else. A more informed, more helpful version of Halfords, but they actually know something about cars rather than just hiring kids.

Initially I was told it would be posted out. So had to push back to collect as delivery as not available on the item.
What should have been a quick prepayment and collect turned out to be over 20 min.

H.Bought a battery on-line for a good price suitable for my RAV-4 : Fortunately (having read a previous Google review) I took my old battery along, as the one specified by their website according to my registration mark (ordered and reserved on-line) was incorrect and too big to fit the battery compartment. The counter assistant was extremely helpful in identifying the correct battery (slightly more money to pay) but they had it in stock and I came away with the correct battery.
Great service from the staff, am happy with the purchase, but their website search facility really needs sorting.

Bought a light bulb and had to wait around half an hour for it to be picked by one of there staff. Half an hour later...still not picked...so the guy behind the counter has given some same size bulb with no receipt and different colour. . Disappointed!

O.Although the staff are all excellent , I find Paul Wall the most helpful , every time I have a wardrobe dilemma Paul is on hand to expertly guide me how to team a natty pair of corduroys with a humdinger of a polo neck . sometimes he even goes to the trouble of doing a catwalk strut with said gear , so I can copy him and sport the polo neck/cord combo known as the "Roll on Deodorant look" obvz complimented by his pristine crisp and clear hairless head.
You can safely rely on Paul to have all the answers to all the difficult questions in life , be it the correct parts for a Mazda MX5 - which turned out to be a a flamethrower and a scaff bar, or the finest ingredients to make a smashing Roast chicken garden salad with pesto and Courgettes . Just want to say give that man a pay rise and a badge
t.For some reason, struggled a bit finding this place when using Sat Nav but there is parking and the lads were nice and helpful and I got what i was looking for, so 4 stars
