Arvin was absolutely spot on changing my rear side window and quarter glass window. Arrived on time and completed both jobs in just over an hour. Much cheaper than the likes of Autoglass and bigger car window replacement companies. Also was the only person able to source the quarter glass replacement. In all my experience I have not come across someone as helpful as Arvin. I contacted Arvin to get my front and back windscreen resealed. He asked questions regarding my needs and why I was taking this decision. He was quick to give me tips and suggest alternatives to try before booking him. It was so easy to talk to him and he spent a good 10min with me. I contacted someone else before Arvin and he came across as very abrupt and as if in a hurry. It was such a contrast and I do believe that customer service is so vital; irrespective of the customers buying products or services, can lead to a positive impression of a company and Arvin’s company is no different. Definitely check him out, he certainly left a very good impression and other reviews also says it all.
