Excellent Service! Quick delivery of Diesel Injectors, at an excellent price, and prompt refund for my old ones. Incredibly I was even able to speak to someone on the phone (with a Mancunian accent no less)!

Have just had a towbar fitted and the process was ery straightforward. The job was really neatly done and I'm vry happy with the result and the instruction on how to use it. There was a small iddue with my car afer the fitting but a bit of research showed it was an issue across Europe and with the actual module. PF Jones checked with the supplier and rectified the issue pretty much immediately and with zero fuss. That's the kind of service you need.

Wasn't going to post a review but thought I should and hopefully its clear why. Ordered a VDO new OE diesel injector and quoted circa 1 week delivery. The day before delivery was due PFJones cancelled the order apologising and stating delivery was now extended at least a further week. They didn't ask they just cancelled so I'd wasted a week waiting for no reason. Fair enough I thought s**t happens and I was refunded quickly. Phoned a couple of Renault dealers as I now needed the car fixed expecting ott cost. How wrong, phoned am and quoted £15 more than PFJones. How about delivery I asked? No problem sir it will be here tomorrow. 8am next day phone call from Holdcroft Renault, your injector is here to collect. Brilliant service. In comparison how disappointing was the service from PFJones.

Bought a towbar for my 2008 Saab 9-3 Aero Convertible from them. I went for their own brand one and I am very impressed. Quality is very high (equivalent to the witter stuff I must say) and the instructions were clear. Even detailed how to remove the bumper etc. The amount of bumper that needed to be cut was minimal and it's barely visible from behind unless you get down and look underneath. Went for the dedicated wiring kit which came with a plug-and-play plug and a GM branded towing module. Delivery was super quick and plentiful updates on order and delivery progress. Would definitely use them again.

Great service. They were quick to respond and helpful when I emailed about the product. The towbar was sent to us via UPS but when the fitter arrived some days later, he found that the towball itself wasn't in the package. Seems that UPS had damaged the package and resealed it - minus the component. P F Jones sent another one which arrived the next day and the fitter came a few days later and was a gent. Not a cheap part and they couldn't claim from UPS apparently so I was very happy with this. Recommended.

Just had a great experience with PF Jones. Fitted a tow bar to my BMW. A minor issue with parts delivery was quickly solved. Fitter had a medical appointment on the originally scheduled day, but we agreed another date, and he arrived promptly and completed the work in the time he said he would. Price and quality (Brink tow bar) seem great. I know there have been some negative reviews, but I can only write as I find, and bearing in mind two local tow bar firms in Reading never got back to me at all, I am pleased with the service.

I have received my tow-bar very quickly and for £12 to Northern Ireland (other GB businesses take note) . Unfortunately the car was in an accident last Thursday ( I received tow-bar the next day on the Friday). I rang customer services and explained that I didn't know whether the car was going to be fixed or scrapped, they were happy for me to hold onto the tow-bar past their returns deadline in order to see what would happen with the insurance. Well done you, this is the type of service that all Companies should offer.

Quite disappointed, From ordering to delivery was perfect no issues at all!! Great service. When it came to fitting the tow bar it was a different experience. I thought id spend a bit more money on a good quality bar and it will all be straight forward. ( NOT THE CASE ) With the rear bumper removed and the chassis rails bolted in, I found that for some reason the bolts supplied for the main bar were metric fine thread but the nuts were course thread!! Trying to find new Metric fine nuts at 10:00 at night is not easy!! Had to wait till the next day. I have e-mailed my issue a week ago now but nobody has bothered to get in touch!!!!! Just want to warn people to check the packs before you strip the vehicle down. Gentleman from PF Jones contacted me today to discuss the issue, I am happy with his reply and why my e-mail was not answered, so have changed my rating to suit.

I've been using PF Jones for tow bars for my last three vehicles. The staff are always knowledgeable, polite and friendly. But above all, they have never been beaten on price. I'm not one for sticking with one company just for the sake of it, so I always shop around for the best price, and PF Jones always come up the best value for money! What a fantastic company to deal with! This was my first purchase from PF Jones and what a pleasant surprise it was. The staff I dealt with were so polite, knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish, which involved a lengthy discussion and questioning with the chap on the other end of the line. Excellent service, great item and very fast delivery. I live in Hungary, Europe fairly far away from England. From the moment I called them to the moment I got the tow bar 11 days passed. Certainly I tried to find the exact same product here but the price I was given was more than twice as much what they PF Jones gave me (not including shipping) plus it could have taken me 3 weeks to get it and they wanted to install it if I wanted to have the warranty on it. (Of course, not for free!) It took me and my brother just a bit over 2 hours to fit it. Anyway, excellent service, great people. Thanks.

Ordering and delivery was easy and efficient. Towbar fit was good, cleaning the threads on the captive nuts in the chassis was a top tip so getting the bolts started quickly helped a lot. Plug in vehicle specific loom again installed easily with little fuss once sufficient trim was removed. Get some spare trim clips as some will break and need replacing when you reassemble.

Great experience. I was looking at buying a particular model of car but being able to fit a tow bar was imperative. I discussed my requirements and the PF Jones staff were very helpful even although there was no guarantee of an order. When I did buy the car I ordered the towbar. Jake was very helpful. He was keen to get a particular fitter on the job which now that the bar is fitted was inspired. I had to wait a few weeks for the fitter to be available, but he was brilliant, so knowledgable and did a marvellous job. I was not aware fitting a towbar could be so difficult - but when I saw what had to be dismantled then replaced, and the intricacy of modern car wiring I am so pleased I paid to have the bar fitted. Great job, would highly recommend.

The tow bar together with the electrics for my Ford Ecosport were fitted by myself. The mechanical side took a lot longer than the 1 hour stated on the instruction sheet . I had to cut a little more from the bumper than what was advised on the instructions. During the fitting I had to contact PF Jones who were very helpful. Firstly I rang the British contact for Bosal tow bars, the response from them was completely negative and unhelpful in every aspect, so don't bother with them, go to PF Jones. When all was fitted, the end result was excellent and I would not hesitate in using PF Jones in the future

Ordered a roof bar kit for my Honda Civic on Sunday from their website (paid in full), recieved a phone call early Monday morning to tell me part of the order was out of stock and would take a month to get in from the manufacturer. I managed to source that part from elsewhere so I phoned them back and asked them to send the remaining parts of the kit, which arrived Tuesday morning (I was kept informed every step of the way). I had been getting quotes for a towbar for our Volvo XC 70 which all seemed exorbitant then discovered a sensibly priced Witter from PF Jones. I fitted it, without having to remove the bumper, which was a bonus. I have yet to deal with the electrics. Witter detachable fitted to BMW F11. After quote of £2,000!!!!!! from main agent, I felt the need to explore alternatives. I read the forums and felt due to previous good reviews these guys were the ones to be trusted with my car. Bought towbar and electrics over the phone and collected from the Wigan depot the next day. Westfalia bar and kit were reasonably priced, and good value for money. Fitted the towbar and vehicle specific electrics without any issues, apart from when I put the lights on, the brake lights on the caravan also came on. Contacted PF Jones via email, then rang them on Monday to ask for advice. The gent I spoke to said he will pass my email on to the technical team who will then respond................... Still waiting! Have since contacted Westfalia,who responded the very same day and I have now since sorted out the issue. Based on some posts on here, it seems that this is an area where PF Jones could improve slightly. I would have given 5 out of 5 but for the lack of technical help when needed, but it could have been less if I had not managed to sort the issue via Westfalia.

Having had problems with the wiring harness on a Honda CRV 2007 where the flashers are firing rapidly when connected to a trailer. This is a dedicated wiring that plugs into existing sockets on this car. After many hrs trying to figure it out, I phoned PF Jones technical and they said they wouldn't fit one of those, they would simply quote to splice in the wiring. Why do they sell dedicated wiring harnesses then? unbelievable.
