Called Steve (Dr Glaze) at 9am Monday, by 1pm that same day he'd come out and fixed the window, and even managed to save the current hinges which ended up costing a lot less. Absolutely top class service which I couldn't recommend highly enough.

Dr Glaze's consultancy has no equal. He performed miracles on the vandalised double glazing units in our ground-floor apartment (see below), within 3 days from initial phone call. The 2 windows (one toughened) required only a basic operation, but the Pilkington pelerine unit inset into the composite front door needed complex key-hole surgery. This Steve achieved without the need to replace the expensive moulded cassette which retains the glass - an amazing job, at a very competitive price - a credit to the NHS!!

Had a blown double glazed panel in my conservatory. Found Dr Glaze online and so pleased I did. Steve Webb responded to my request for a quote within a couple of hours. He measured up explained what was required and quoted a very reasonable price. As agreed the window was fitted within a few days. It was a pleasure to have him at the house and he removed the old panel and replaced it with the new one in a very professional way and in a short time. A no hassle, great communications, a friendly and efficient service. I would certainly recommend Dr Glaze.

Fantastic service by Steve. Very pleased, had a recent "spontaneous fracture" of a bi-folding door. Steve arranged same day estimate and despite his warning that there would be big possible delay due to shortage of glass (Pilkington factories off line), the replacement window as was installed 7 workdays after his estimate. Great service, job professionally done in under an hour. Very competitively priced, 50% less than another reputable supplier in MK for a like for like window. Very pleased. Steve is very professional, courteous and efficient and delivered a great piece of work in timeframe that exceeded both our expectations! Recommend!

Steve came out to us just an hour also after phoning and managed to free up a broken and stuck window in no time at all. He had all of the parts with him to be able to repair the broken mechanism and left everything clean and working great! It ended up costing me just half of what everyone else was quoting and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him straight back for any other work I needed doing.
