Basic parts for what you need for your car but they can order parts that they don’t have for you. Sometimes is a long wait to pick up your items ordered online. You can find cheaper on eBay or other shops so you have to check the market price for some items. I recommend bigger tills and more staff in busy times. I give 4 stars because once they gave me an open box of brake shoes. I wanted new unopened.

The staff were reasonably helpful. It's hard to write a proper review when you believe your experience was adequate and neutral. However, this is an euro parts centre, it's not a silver spoon dining experience. I got what I went in for, no one was rude and the que was reasonably short. There was some messing around with the guys behind the counter but who can blame them!. I would visit this store again for me next auto part

It's good for car part's. Just be prepared to wait forever to be served. It's a very slow process even if you've ordered online and gone in to pick up. You can expect to be in here for at least 20 minutes, most I've been waiting was 45 minutes. Nobody comes to help the sole person serving. Loads of people in the office behind the counter but they never help.

Huge range of products. Pretty much everything you could want is either available straight away or next day. Queues always seem to be really long though, even if you've pre-ordered, and they never thank you for waiting so long/apologise for the wait. Prices very competitive, but only if you pre-order on the app/website beforehand and use a discount code. If you don't, you'll be massively overcharged for most items.

They do sell quality branded products they also sell cheap products pay you money take your chance. I did purchase some brembo brakes at a great price.However the stores are always under staffed with huge wait times I guess this is the cost of cheap goods.

A good place for car parts, you can choose from a various of pieces, I highly recommend using HONEY because you will get a better discount at the checkout, if we strictly speak about the shop , this is not looking very 'welcome' , because at my first visit at eurocarparts Northampton(years ago) I was more like ' Why everyone is recommending me this place when is 10sqm and it has only a few items shown' then I start ordering online and I saw how it works. Overall is a good place to order car parts for a good price.

I would thoroughly recommend this branch of Euro Car Parts. The front-desk/reception team are very knowledgeable and are willing to go far beyond what is expected to help you get the vehicle part you need or to provide vehicle repair information. As a recent example: I had an issue on my ageing Vauxhall Astra, where-by my rear windscreen jet-spray was not working. I contacted several garages and I was given quotes between £40-60 for parts and labour, I spoke to this Euro Car Parts branch's team and they gave me step-by-step instructions on how to remove the jet-washer head, and how to de-clog the water piping. The branch team also looked up the replacement jet washer pump and water piping for my vehicle, and sold them to me. They informed me to return these items back if I didn't use them during my task of fixing the issue. I effectively saved myself £50~ repair cost, whilst also learning about how to fix the issue in the future if it occurred again. I ended up not using the jet washer pump and water piping, but they were reasonable priced (£6 and £3 respectively) and the branch immediately provided a no-quibble refund. Excellent customer after-care, very reasonable prices, and no quibble refund policy -- what more can I ask for! :)
