I received a call from Bonita at online automotive, informing me the part I purchased was not correct for me. She let me know why it was incorrect and that she had verified it with the manufacturer. All of this was FoC and the still same day dispatch. I’m expecting to receive the product today. I have already recommended their services to friends and family. C. M.I have a 25 year old Z3, for the past four years I have emission level problems when due for its MoT. Just recently the exhaust started blowing from the front pipe into the Catalytic Converter.
I ordered a replacement from Online Automotive, they double checked with me via email as to the correct type of Cat for that model of car, once confirmed the replacement was quickly located and despatched. It was with me 2 days later.
I was impressed with the way my order was processed, checked for the correct Type Approved model, speed of delivery and also the price. I have nothing but praise for Online Automotive. I just wish I had found them sooner!
