All windows repaired which is good but new handles don’t match old so I have windows with 2 different handles on. Not ideal, if I’d have been told they wouldn’t match when quoted I would have replaced both sides and paid more so they match

Reliable company. Reasonably priced. Some might think it's a bit on the expensive side but I always think you get what you pay for. Their rates are good considering the level of service. Picks up phone when called or they call back if you leave a message. Time frame for the work is given in advance. Same with the price of the work. No call out charge. Also turns up when promised. All the signs give the impression of a well run business. I have used them twice now and would be happy to use them again in the future.

Brilliant service, came and measured up and within a week had arranged a fitting time on a full set of replacement windows. Bang on time on the date arranged the guys turned up and within a short period of time I had brand new windows with georgian bars fitted. Phoned around local double glazing installers only to find they all had a 1-2 week lead time on coming out to look at my window plus a call charge of around £100. With my window not secure and not really wanting to wait 1-2 weeks for someone to look at my problem. I found Window Repair Geeks, gave them a call and spoke to Rick he was able to come round the next day with no call out charge and assess the situation. He quickly diagnosed the locking mechanism had failed, and quoted for a upgraded replacement mechanism and keeps. Rick had the window fixed in just over a hour and for less than the others wanted for a call out. I would recommend Window Repair Geeks to anyone with window or door issues, they provide a friendly, courteous and reliable service at a great value.
