Very impressed with the service here 👍. Ordered a bottle of antifreeze/coolant for my MiTo, however the original bottle arrived damaged through no fault of Alfashop themselves. I was able to very easily contact their sales team and send over some images of the damage, and the team at Alfashop had another bottle dispatched with overnight shipping very soon after, meaning it arrived for me less than 24 hours later. Carl from Alfashop called me directly to make sure he was sending me the right part as he didn't want me to strip the car apart and find it to be the wrong part which I very much appreciated. No other place would have done that they would have taken your money shipped it out and expect things to be right. Fantastic service and price from these guys. They couldn't be helpful enough over Facebook messenger or via email. They made sure I got the exact part I needed for my GF's car as her model is hard to get correct parts from euro or the like but not here. I ordered at around 2pm Thursday and had the part by 11am Friday at nearly half the price of my local motor factors. The team at Alfashop are genuine enthusiasts who go the extra distance to help their customers. Their prices are very competitive and you have the choice between genuine OE or pattern parts. I was delighted to note that the price for front springs was considerably cheaper than a well known national parts factors even after taking off their special 50% disc.
