C.Service needs improvement and customer service skills and knowledge needs some work but windscreen once it was finally sorted was a good standard and fitted in the time slot they give me. Even if though it had taken weeks to get to this point. Finely have a car that can go for a Mot test.

But the actual service and professionalism of the fitter was excellent.

A.Felt a bit disappointed today,first of all they ordered the wrong glass so wasted journey and today had screen replaced with the correct one but I asked if window blades were replaced and turned out they hadn't so glad I noticed. After driving half way home after the left side window trim came half way off so flapping around and had to go back. It wasn't put on correctly even though I thought I was having new with the screen! How ever the gentleman was very pleasant who put it back on again. Why I didn't get new is rather odd so a bit miffed in fairness.
A. c.Communication was great as the insurance company passed me straight to them, on the phone they asked if I needed new wipers, as sometimes glass damages the blade . But the chip was so small and clear of wipers so no damage was done , they were also two weeks old and in perfect condition.
The replacement was quick and efficient, when I returned I was told that the wiper was skipping across the screen. So I checked and it was , which I hadn't, when the installer returned to take the payment he said "I don't know where you got those blades from but they need changing"
I told him how old they were and that I would just bend the arm out, to correct the angle of the blade . He then said "oh we don't do those sort anyway " in fact they may not do the same blades but the fit the same make, so he was insulting the product they supply. When I got home I corrected the arm , I could clearly see the angle had changed from when I dropped it off too when I collected it . I presume they get commission on upselling. So beware

k. g.Excellent service overall. Only gripe is the wait to get it fitted. And lack of communication whilst waiting for windscreen to arrive. I appreciate it is a month old car and windscreen had to be ordered but after week of nothing I telephone ed again to be told that they will contact me when it is in stock. A few days past and then I get a text message saying they will be around tomorrow 12 hours notice to fit ring by 4pm od not convenient. I was out that day so rang by 4pm call handler was a bit abrupt but made adjustments and they arrived the following week when I could fit it in. Appreciate some of delay was my fault due to it being Christmas but a bit more notice and I could have fitted it in possibly. Automation texts may be convenient but not the most customer friendly communication. Great job though.

Thanks for doing my windscreen so quickly on an Essential workers well needed chauffeur vehicle, unlike national windscreens where I waited over 4 weeks for a screen which never showed up . Autoglass will now be my number one, even if insurance offer me another company., I won't be interested unless it's AUTOGLASS ( They simply the Best ) Thankyou

Z. R.Daniel at your Norwich Branch was brilliant. His customer service was a credit to your company. I booked by phone as online service faulty and was told to go to Norwich Branch. Checked online as no address given on phone and got Hall Road ...... which has closed but still on internet!!! Appointment booked only to find out (as on way to Hall Road) my appt at different address as by chance checked emails that day and noticed reminder email had different address which would then make me very late with traffic as opposite side of Norwich. Called Daniel changed appt made great inconvenience bearable nothing too much trouble.
DELETE Hall Road off internet or make sure central call centre gives address when books !!!! If Daniel hadn't saved the day the rating would be NIL !!!!
