Really great for alot of female drivers like me who are not au fait with the mechanics of a car. Just give them your car reg for the part you need and hey presto you're nearly there. The guy who served me had all the customer services skills off a paper bag but i guess their business is mostly male orientated so no need for bells and whistles

Great website. Very easy to navigate, simply enter your reg number and they'll give you all the parts suitable for your car. Sadly my old Vectra had its rear end re modeled by a, let say, less than skillful HGV driver. I didn't want to spend a fortune on genuine Vauxhall parts and ECP came to the rescue. Plenty of 3rd party parts which were, for me, indistinguishable from the Vauxhaull version at half the price. Ordering was easy and delivery was very quick, job done.
