I had reason to pop into my local Euro Car Parts in Norwich last week to make an emergency quick purchase. I got to the store about 10 minutes before they closed and felt a tad awkward doing so. I was however somewhat relieved to notice someone walk in behind me, plus another customer was already being served. Having sought direction from Karly, I then had to take a few moments browsing to find what I was after. I then re-approached the counter where she served me. In the short time I was in the store I couldn't help but notice how polite, friendly and helpful both Karly and Jake, her colleague were in serving the three customers. From memory they ended up a few minutes late closing as a result. I worked in retail decades ago, and if I'm honest I was never quite that 'calm' with customers descending on my shop just before closing! Great examples of good customer service from the two.

Full marks to Karly and her colleague. I had ordered and paid online, opting to collect in person. I queried the price being different to advertised when added to basket. My order was quickly cancelled, refunded and the part resold at the correct price. Euro parts need to address this, however the parts people are awesome, all done with a smile in no time at all.

As with everything. It must be approached from the correct angle. It’s not gentlemanly to launch straight in without introducing yourself first.. We receive Fantastic daily service from the guys at Hall Road Euros. Jake & Adam are especially accommodating always happy to assist making sure we have the correct parts when we need them. On the rare occasion that this isn’t possible I’m always invited to wait in the”platinum”customer lounge where champagne is served and a game of darts played whist the correct parts are sourced. The photographs of current employees arranged around the darts board is a particularly nice touch...

Made a great saving here on all the parts needed for my car. I reserved everything before I visited the outlet. I did notice a massive price drop in-store with the coolant, this was £15 online but only £7.99 at the outlet. The saving wasn't passed on or pointed out by any of the staff. They seemed more interested admiring the female shoppers. However, the staff were friendly and polite. Will use again.

I always use Euro Car Parts on Hall Road for anything I need. They are always very helpful and find me the right part as there are inevitably several to choose from. Dan was especially good in sorting me out a battery as it was tricky to pin down the correct one. Went away and found out and rang me back with the correct part number. Excellent service. Also they often have spectacular discounts if you order online to collect in store.

We are regular customers always needing parts for our car sales and repair business. Rang up at 17:59, 1 minute before closing time. I was actually amazed they picked up as normally parts company don't pick up near enough closing time. A gentleman called Jamie Harper in the Hall Road, Norwich branch picked up and organised my order for the morning. Really satisfied. I recommend these guys 100%.

Visit here far too much for my liking, but the joys of running older cars. Store is great, plenty of stock and staff are usually very knowledgeable and willing to help search through systems and compare numbers etc. My only gripes are with the wider company, not this store. Like the website forcing you to use a reg number, which in 98% of the time, is fine. But when needing a part for a custom build, or something that need not be model specific (I.e. large relay), it's a royal pita. Oil specs online are poor, I have often visited in person in order to read the oil bottles. Also, it's annoying that the web offers prices that the store cannot easily match, despite their best efforts. Not the stores fault, rather ecp management practices. However, don't let all this detract, it's a good place with good people. If you use web first, note parts and prices, head to store and then ratify information to be sure as needed, you can then buy at best price, knowing your getting what you need. Pop to car, order via the excellent click and collect, pop back in and pick it up, sorted.

Well buyers, I called up for a washer pump and was told it was genuine from manufacturers... All good I thought, tenner less than main dealer. Collected the part, looked it up and they sell for a tenner less than euro on ebay (and it wasn't genuine)... I was Stitched up like a kipper 😂. I suggest someone got some good commission for that part!
