P. 5.Visited Euro carparts today for a headlight bulb which I bought.The thing was,that whilest taking out the bullb from a Mercedes GLA 200 the bulb connector became brittle and,as a result broke a plastic locking lug off.Enquired about the connector but unfortunately they dont stock.
The young man serving searched online to look to see the connector I required and,he kindly gave the information that I needed so as I could try purchase one.Hes a credit to your company, very polite very patient and,really gave good customer service .Well done to the young man I cant remember his name,but I will definately use this branch again .Thankyou.

N.Quick service, easy parking, freindly staff and service, The click and collect is very competitive as they offer good discount codes on line, Your book your item in advance on line and you use your discount code . Once you reserve it, then go in branch to pay and collect. If you walked in off the street to purchase over the counter the staff don't have the ability to give such good discounts. I ask and questioned this. I always get a price comparison and these guys are normally the best, say ( 8 out if 10 ) for automotive Spares.
M. M.Needed to exchange a car battery that was purchased in April 2019 and it went dead last week. Computers went down in the shop 20 minutes before I arrived. Thankfully it was an even exchange/like for like and the manager approved the exchange even with the computers being down. Most places won't do that for you. Very happy with ECP.

Online catalog does not have OEM numbers or replacement part numbers. It makes it very hard some times looking for parts and always need return something because it is wrong. or need order more options. One way or other you need to visit shop always twice and wait twice.

F.Great for parts, variety and availability however there always seems to be a queue regardless of the time and day you go... surely by opening a 2nd till the queue goes down super quick and then the 2nd member of staff can close the till? Place seems to lack sense in terms of operating... feel sorry for the kid who works on weekends on the till as he's always left on his own and given no help yet the staff and manager in the back do nothing about it despite poking their head in to front time to time.

R. R.Google maps address description needs updating when you click the link for directions is correct but i went to the old address before clicking the link to find the new address. The lad on the counter there very friendly and helpful. Use this place almost all the time for parts.
A. B.Dee couldn't have been more helpful. My friend had a incident on a Sunday afternoon, we got there just after 4pm after they were due to shut but Dee saw we needed help and didn't hesitate to assist. Customer service like this is becoming hard to come by but these have it down to a T.

I was queuing for 15 minutes, yet there was only one person manning the counter and another seemed more interested in the sandwich van outside and nipped out. More staff please.

Always just one or fewer on duty and often a stupid taxi driver or kebab shop owner with some dirty part in their hand asking 101 questions or returning some part - while everyone else waits, they should be told to go away.

C. A.Handy for low cost spare parts. Gets busy tho. Staff are helpful and the parking is very convenient. be sure to turn right when you enter Castle Marina as it's difficult to see when you first drive in.

I. S.Very slow service. After telephone enquiry when I arrived less than an hour later instead of 3 options for item I wanted only one available. You guessed it the most expensive one.
t. b.Well what can I say.. what an amazing staff team they have, literally going up and beyond to help! Myself and my partner had broken down on the other side of nottingham, we went to three other places before euro car parts and got told no one could help with the part we needed, times running out as its sunday.. so go to euro car parts and meet the amazing dave, dave not only went out his way to help us figure out what part we needed but he also asked us to wait until 4pm when he finished so he could give us a lift back and help fix the car, he then stayed with us for a hour ti check the car was ok so we could drive home, to then top of his amazing humanity he gave us his number and said to call him if we broke down on the way back to Mansfield. This man did not charge us for his time he simply wanted to help, he is an asset to the Nottingham castle marina company!! I will 100% be recommending him to everyone!!

j.Great car park I always use it and have done for years in many cars and vans and have never scratched my vehicle or got stuck!! The only people that do this must not be able to drive properly but it is funny watching some 3/4 point turn to get down or up the ramps lol silly sods!!
