M. R.I was referred to Ken’s Autos from another autolock smith. The key on my golf was stuck in the ignition, I contacted them and was told they could fix the issue for me same day and visit my property to do so. They arrived early afternoon and was able to start my car and said it would be easier if they took it to their workshop. About 1.5 hours later I got a call to say it was done and willing to drop it back off again. First class service and can’t fault them.

C.After struggling to find someone that would fit a tow bar on my DS7 (Halfords couldn't get hold of a tow bar), the guys at Kens were able to track one down, get it ordered, and fitted it to my vehicle without any fuss or complications. The workmanship was second to none, and much to my surprise, if I didn't know that there is a tow bar there, I wouldn't be able to see one. Everyone was super friendly and I would very much use them again.

It would take between ten and fifteen days. Then a further £60.00 to programme it. Ken's Auto Spares provided me with two programmed keys working perfectly in under an hour for £150.00. Double the number of keys for just over half the price of one key from the main dealer in a minute fraction of the time. Am I happy? You bet I am.

They fitted an electric snow plough to the front of my vw amarok, they fitted the front tow bar and even built the plough itself for me. Highly skilled staff would definitely recommend! Icing on the cake when they lifted the plough onto the back of my truck and strapped it down for me. They really went the extra mile and the price was very competitive and fair. Will be back if I need anything else doing

D. T.The service was very good although I did have one issue which was the incorrect electric connector was fitted to my towbar and I was unable to connect my caravan. This however, was rectified the next day and everything works fine. This would not deter me from going back to Bulwell as it was an oversight and not poor workmanship. This is why I’ve given 4 stars and not the 5 I would have.
M. E.The back brakes on my van were worn so I went to kens autos to get them replaced. Zaif ordered the parts and were there within the hour. They fitted the brakes the same day and were much cheaper than other garages quoted me. Excellent service.
w. n. l.I thought I needed new brakes on my car as they were not doing what they shoukd have been doing. I took car into kens telling them it needs new brakes. They had my car in for 2 hours and in that time they had took off the brake pads and saw that the adjusters were not on the right way round so they put them on right and put everything else back on and called me to tell me car was ready and what they did. They did not do work that did not need doing. My brakes have now been great and handbrake especially was great after they had my car in. They don't charge expensively either for work that dont need doing. I will take my car there again for work done. They are honest and legite. Recommend u take your carto then. Very good fast service. Other companies were quoting over £100 with cutting and programming etc. These guys sorted two new batteries for my two keys and changed the broken casing there and then....all for £20. More than happy with the service. If anyone is considering whether to give them a try.....do before you fork out money that you don't need to!

I was worried that it might interfere with the reversing sensors,, but they hid the electrics well, and the sensors are not aware there is a tow bar fitted, much to my relief. Hi just to let you know I have just had my towbar fitted which is a detachable towbar I was very happy with the service and would recommend Kent Autos again to have a towbar fitted good service and well informed on information regarding tow bars so I would definitely recommend them again my previous info was regards to when I book the car in for other towbar fitted but I was getting emails to put a reference in which I thought was a bit not necessary so thank you for doing my car and see you in the future
