Excellent Service. They put right what our local garage had caused. We had taken our Volvo to be serviced at a local garage for ease but when I picked it back up, it had warning lights on dash and an engine limiter message saying take vehicle straight to dealer. My local garage tried to say the lights were already on when they drove it into their workshop, which was a blatant lie. So, upset and annoyed, I drove 45 mins to Nottingham to the Volvo Garage on the off chance they could help. After explaining the situation, they looked after me brilliantly. Staff were lovely and they managed to fit our vehicle in straight away and found the fault. My local garage had failed to plug back in some leads!! It cost us an hour's labour and they washed the car for me. We will definitely use them again and recommend them 100%. We will steer clear of our local garage in future! Lesson learnt. Thank you Marshall Volvo Nottingham for sorting us out quickly and efficiently.

This is the third car we have purchased from the Marshalls group once again they were very competitive on price, sales executive Martyn Blake was very responsive and helpful through the whole purchasing experience, which due to the current restrictions and guidelines was not a straight forwards as normal. He kept me fully informed of the progress of my order throughout, answered my many questions and always got back to me when he said he would, which has not always the case with other dealers I have dealt with in the past. I would have no hesitation in both using them again/recommending them for a new Volvo car purchase.

Natalie was a very patient and understanding lady. I had a service which was first class but unfortunately you couldn't sort the battery problem out which is Volvo's. My battery is now fully charged but the support battery won't hold the charge for long. I believe either a stronger alternator or double alternator like BMW to be the answer. Excellent service from these guys. Very Covid-19 aware with an extremely good system and attitude towards the problem that we're all going through. My car went in for a service and a chunk of metal was found in one of the tyres. They sent a technician to collect a new tyre from the suppliers in order to keep the waiting time to a minimum and all work was completed. My car wash washed on the outside and fully sanitised on the inside for collection. 10/10.

He fi ished phone call and told us he would be a couple of mi uses then went to make another call. Didn't re-appear so we left. Pity as we really fancied quite an expensive Volvo! We were persuaded to revisit after appropriate apologies and received much better treatment. So much so that we managed to secure what we felt was a good deal on the car that we fancied. Ambert Lambert, because I want to write about her, who works in this department is a competent person, kind and always willing to help and explain the problem. I have never been disappointed (this is not my first visit there) and why am I writing this review, because in this difficult time, which is the Covid pandemic, I had a MoT,service and replaced the tires. I have a Service plan, so I only paid for the MoT and they changed my tires for free. Kind of a small thing but very nice in this hard time which is the pandemic,which all in all allowed me to save some money.Thanks and I highly recommend.

I just wanted to write to say what great service I have had from this dealer recently. Although I have had one or two issues with my 2 Volvos, they have been sorted out quickly and efficiently by the staff. The service reception staff are always helpful and friendly, pick up and drop off of the car is arranged, or a loan car provided if that’s my preference. While my cars are there I get regular updates on progress and any other issues found. I have also spoken to the mechanics on occasions if there is a specific technical issue, again things are explained very well indeed and in a way I can understand. Well done

Had my car serviced by Marshall Volvo Nottingham my experience was exceptional they completed the work to a high standard their customer service level is A1. They provided a new courtesy car a Volvo V40 a nice car however there was cigarette ash near the gear stick so was not inspected since the previous driver had it. My car was cleaned before return to me it had a "service wash and vacuum" but they also cleaned the dash and all the windows inside and out. Nice touch. Only issue I have is they topped up my screen washer bottle but a couple of days later when temperatures dropped to minus four Celsius the washer bottle froze indicating a weak screen wash mixture you would have thought that Volvo when servicing a car in the winter would use screen wash that could stay fluid below -20c?

Had this misfortune of my gearbox going on my 3 1/2 year old V40. Due to it being out of warranty I thought I would have to pay for the whole thing. I didn't even need to go to the garage and they put a good will claim on and got me a discount as well as communicated with the finance company to keep my costs low. They kept me up do date with all aspects of the repair and delivered my car back to me lovely an shiny as if it just came out of the showroom. reviews are great to get an idea of what its like once you have dealt with a company! Well Volvo in Nottingham has Naomi in sales to thank for the best buying experience ever for a car!! Naomi was the happiest person we bumped into on a car pitch! We told Naomi what car we wanted to replace our Ford Kuga and she showed us the VOLVO V40 (we no longer needed a big car but safety and reliability was our no.1 priority) after sitting in the car and a test drive was no problem (bring your licence to show you are legal!!) we went through the models available and colours in stock. Real pleasure, Naomi understood we didn't want lots of bells and whistles and showed us cheaper versions of the car that had everything we needed!! wow!! what got us is when we said we would think about it and Naomi said, "i really want your business but i also want you to make the right choice for whats best for you, may i call you tomorrow to see how you got on?" at this point i looked at my wife, paused and we smiled and both replied," when can we have the car?!" pure fun in what is a daunting shopping task. The part exchange was ok, the monthly payment was below our £250 month budget! on the day of collection the car was fabulous, Naomi handed the car over and explained everything we needed to know. To say we are happy with Volvo Nottingham and definatley recommend a visit, ask for Naomi to get the same level of sales care! well done Volvo, pat on the back for Naomi you are the best sales person we have dealt with!!
