Dropped a turbo off one afternoon. They quickly helped me knowing I'm terminally ill with stage 4 bowel cancer. My turbo was rebuilt same day and arrived back my DPD at 7.45am. What a service. Wouldn't use anyone else. Perfect. Best wishes and regards. Daryl.

I looked into the reviews for Midland Turbo having not used them before and based on good feedback from here, I decided to give them a go. Where to start just amazing and gobsmacked with the service experience I received. I spoke and dealt with Mick for the majority of my dealing. I sent away my existing turbo for inspection and I was presented with clear options on possible outcomes. The price and parts was made clear and explained well. The lead time on the website states circa 5 days for a rebuild and return. My experience was incredible, they got my turbo at 1413pm Weds, phonecall first thing Thursday with the feedback, Friday 3pm a call received for payment and job completed (full rebuild) and courier collected from their 15 mins later, got it in my hands 9am Monday. Simply amazing, well packed and presented , looked the part, gaskets and leaflets included and receipts and job sheet. Fitted to my car yesterday and now runs like a dream. Priced well, great experience and will certainly be passing the feedback on to people. Many thanks 🙏

Mixed feelings here. When i got served the staff member was helpful. But Be mindful of the response from operator who dislikes the fact that you knock on the window and wait as the sign clealy states. This spoiled the visit and I would be reluctant to return.

Outstanding service. Sent my turbo to them on Monday, arrived with them on Tuesday morning, had a phone call Tuesday afternoon with diagnosis. Gave the go ahead. Wednesday afternoon I had a call for payment. Thursday morning I have my turbo back in my hands looking like brand new. Service like this is hard to come by these days. Thanks Guys.

I had problems with my turbos, so they had to come off and be sent back (wastegate actuators were sticking). Midland Turbo refurbished them again under warranty and paid for half of the labour - it wasn't ideal but at least they are fixed. Nathan was professional and helpful during the process.

very pleasant fast efficient service... had an issue with e90 320d turbo, contacted Midland turbo, response is good as well what option is available and stock availability.. once order is CONFIRMED, turbo receive the next day, turbo fitted back to the car and work first time, also like the fact the turbo came with gasket and actuator already preset which is a nice touch although gasket was not used , due to purchasing genuine gasket and oil pipe from bmw.. Considering the on going issue with covid19 I cannot fault the service. Highly recommended. All I can say is keep it up Special thanks to sue and Nathan for great service .....

I needed help with the Turbine housing on my 300tdi,following a very helpful telephone conversation a courier was sent, the Turbine housing collected,worked on the next day - several more helpful conversations - Turbine housing received back via courier next day before lunch. The turbo on my E350 had blown. Having had some crazy prices from Mercedes to replace it, ( £2200 + ), Midland Turbo were mentioned to me. FANTASTIC SERVICE. My unit was collected from the garage where my car was being repaired on the Tuesday morning, and was fully refurbished, and back at my garage by Friday morning. 3 Day turnaround. 2 year warranty. My car has never performed as nicely. For less than £500 ! . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Midland Turbo.

So sent my t4 turbo off not knowing if I was going g to get charged full rebuild. They called told me it was ok but serviced it anyway 24hr turnaround brilliant. Came back with gaskets and instructions. So its ni e to know that honesty and professionalism is still alive. Thank you very much.

Struggled to get a turbo anywhere for my car due to being so old so Midland sent a courier to pick my one up, overhauled it and upgraded my one for me. Just a few days later it was all repaired and returned to me. Difference is night and day in mid range and top end. Friendly staff on the phone. Would certainly use again

Brought a turbo from here after mine stopped working. They are local to me and had one in stock. Got two years warranty and i belive it was reconditioned and came with gaskets. Reasonably priced i recieves similar quotes from online part finder.
