Broke down within a few minutes walk of this shop. Rang them minutes before they close. They kept the shop open for me. Worked out every i needed and even lent me the tools. Price was good to. You won't a get service like that at Halfords!

Just went to buy a new battery at short notice (mine has been flat overnight for the last 2 days) and the owner couldn't have been more helpful. He tested the old battery (definitely a dud) and fitted a new, more powerful one free of charge. The cost was cheaper than the equivalent 'smaller' battery from Halfords. And then he disposed of my old battery to save me the trouble. All done in 10 minutes. Excellent service at a great cost and highly recommended. I'd certainly come here again for my next battery.

I was on my way to Halfords as I’d already googled what I needed and priced it up, had to drive past Motabits to get there so decided to have a look at them first and I’m so glad I did, I was treated with a friendly smile, didn’t have to struggle looking for what I needed the gentleman came outside looked at my car wipers knew exactly what size I needed and I mentioned one of my side lights were out, he fixed that and the wiper for me in 5 mins, I was going to Halfords with the intention of spending £35-£40, and asking someone else to fit these for me so I didn’t have to pay the extra, I spent £16 in Motabits and he fitted them for me for nothing. So glad I decided to pop in there, I will never go anywhere else again for those little wear and tear needs.

The best staff. My mums car broke down not far from motabits and the guys there were SO helpful at advising 2 women how to use jump leads and jumpstart a car. Couldn't thank them enough they saved us from missing out on a booked spa day! Thanks motabits!

My mum had an issue wuth her car radio as she lost the code & had battery disconected snd i couldnt get the cade for the radio as it wasnt the one sold with the car. Any way took the car to the shop & expained the situation so he had a look and said he can take the radio put so we can get the code & it will be around 30 minutes? So we left the car keys & took a look around arnold & when we got back the radio was out & got serial number & web site to get the code which sll worked well & he put the radio in. Must say great customer service & care from the staff here.
