Ashley was brilliant from very first contact up to completion of the window and door replacement. The price was extremely reasonable and no sales tactics, he just turned up when he said he would, measured up, asked us what exactly it was we wanted and emailed over a quote the same day, including a computerised drawing of the product. He was open and honest about the turn-around time, given that we were in the middle of a global pandemic, but had the job done within a couple of weeks. He went out of his way to ensure the job was done when it suited us (we were having our whole kitchen remodelled so had tight time frames etc.) and the job was done to very high standard. Even though it was at least a million degrees the day he came to fit the doors and window, and he was stuck in the sun for most of the day! Brilliant! Very highly recommended!

I would fully recommend. We got check prices from other contractors who were either more expensive or worringly disinterested and gave us little confidence that they job would be to our needs. Ashley went out of his way to measure up and get the specification that we wanted, which included integral blinds. The work was done on the day to a high quality with no mess and the installation team were considerate and helpful.

From the first day I met Ashley and his team it has been probably the best relationship in regards to my house. Recently Ashley and his team were back to replace the windows in our front bedrooms as the one installed were not efficient. From start to finish Ash was professional. We was able to choose exactly what we wanted because of the choice available. We did have a very drafty window and a pvc door that leaked! No more worry with the new window and door, I am very pleased with the finished product, we got exactly what we asked for and was informed through out. We had a detached house soffits, facias and gutters including garage replaced by Ashley and his team. We are highly delighted with the completed project. The whole process was done in the most professional way. The fitting team worked extremely hard, especially on a very tight gable access. The Freefoam products used are excellent quality, guaranteed from 10 to 50 years. I would highly recommend NG Roofline Windows & Doors.

We used this company to replace our decaying wooden cladding around the upstairs dormer windows of our house with UPVC cladding. Very happy to recommend NG Fascia Soffit Guttering. Ashley came and diagnosed the problem, sent a very prompt quote and Aaron did an excellent job done on our bungalow when the guttering above the lean-to failed in the first heavy rain in May.
