Collected my new bike from here on Friday and what a great experience! From the sales executive, Sales Manager and Head of Business - all show great customer care and pride in what they do. Transparency is clearly at the forefront! I’m specifically reviewing the customer service, despite technically not being a customer. Due to some unfortunate circumstances (and some slightly off directions) I found myself semi-stranded and without my phone outside of Honda. I was in the market for a small 125cc scooter and after going through work discount schemes I finally resorted to contacting Vertu Honda in Nottingham where I spoke to James. James was honest and not at all pushy and offered the best price and overall package. He kept me updated regularly with delivery details and registration number for me to arrange insurance and on collection day took the time to answer all of my questions. Went there to buy a new bike after my wife bought one from the old store at sherwood Nottingham. The new showroom is sharing space with honda cars staff are friendly and helpful and I was lucky to buy a bike that was in stock as with the semi conductor shortage for a lot of bikes there is a long wait . They have a cafe outside that serves sandwiches and drinks and is a nice place to sit and wait when we go for services and such like overall a great experience. 👍

Actually alright. Not a big fan of car dealers. It's all too much push and hassle, but this one could be a lot worse. Yes, you still have to go through all the ridiculous haggling faff like all dealers (why can't they just offer best prices in clear ways) but they were prepared to beat a good offer from rival done on car wow. They seem to vaguely respect repeat customers and are appreciative of the custom. The warranty stuff for minor issues has been hands down the best experience from a dealership (looking at you sandicliffe ford btw). Le Roy is a decent guy and an effective salesman. The car is nice and drives well too.

They are attentive whilst not being pushy, and the adherence to the Covid 19 restrictions is to be applauded.
