The part I was after wasn't available in store, so he had it solicited in under 30-mins, and then spent 15 minutes giving me expert advice even though it was past the store closing. Truly exceptional service by Ricky and the GSF Oxford team. Thank you!
J. B.In comparison to Euro Car Parts, GSF are miles ahead (pun not intended). However, do not expect to receive what you purchased/ reserved online; an alternative, apparently equally comparable, part is often produced. If you’re stubborn, like me, this doesn’t go down entirely well, so I’ve often had to refuse orders. Call me difficult, fair enough - I’ll accept that - but, I expect to receive exactly what I bought on the website, especially when they try to par me off with a cheaper alternative, which is a frequent occurrence. Staff are also not particularly helpful and often appear wholly uninterested in your custom.
