I was stranded with a dead battery and stressed. The very kind AA driver followed me to autoparts where I was supplied with a very inexpensive battery, which was also fitted for free. Eternally grateful for the service and help. I've been coming here for supplies, help and advice since 1997 and have always appreciated the great customer service. I only hope their long established business is not affected by the proposed traffic measures that no one wants.

Thank goodness for Holloway Autos! Had friends pit stopping to say hi on their way for a holiday when their alternator belt disappeared. None of the larger chain suppliers had the right belt in stock, but these guys did. Thank you again for making the rest of my friend's holiday possible over the Easter weekend.

Small family run motor factors, stock stacked floor to ceiling, you may not be able to find what you want, but they know where it is!! Open 8.30am to 8pm 7 days a week, and reasonable prices. Excellent Service.

Very knowledgeable staff, extremely helpful as they always offer to help fit the part, for example I purchased some windscreen wiper blades and the very kind gentleman came straight out to my car and popped them on. If they don't have what you need in stock they will order it and normally same day or next day delivery into store.

I have been blown away by the unparalleled service and support I received from here this week. After a garage quoted me £145+VAT to change a part, I went to Holloway Autoparts to source the replacement. However, when I explained the situation, they (Niaz, I think) came out to inspect the car, suggested a much cheaper and easier fix, and said that while he needed to go on a school run then, he offered to help me out if I could come around the next day. I took him up on the generous offer, and he went above and beyond to not only source the part but also to actually replace it in my car. The icing on the cake was that the replacement he suggested cost me less than £5, instead of 150+! So his help was really unconditional, and went above and beyond what I had expected. It is great to see this kind of kindness and generosity from a local business, and I am now a customer for life for sure. Thank you, Niaz and Holloway Autoparts!
