Reminder for appointment text and email received and also a telephone call from her updating me on the progress of the repair. On collection, Helen explained the work that had been carried out, and even escorted me back to my car. Thank you very much.

After purchasing a C4 grand picasso, some work needed to be carried out as agreed, this was eventually all sorted after a month. The process of buying the car was smooth, only thing I would say is the after sales could be better. Overall happy with the car.

Incredibly clean showroom and very decent staff! Had the pleasure of dealing with Alan. Knew his stuff, incredibly down to earth and friendly as were all the staff in the dealership. Although I wasn't there as a purchaser, instead dropping a vehicle to be sold, I wasn't treated any differently to customers at the dealership. All vehicles on the forecourt were well kept and clean, and ready to go. Nice to see a dealership working so well despite the trying and testing times of covid. Well worth a visit and as I said a pleasure from start to finish.

Thoroughly pleased with the care and service I received from Kevin and John - my partner and I traveled from Nuneaton to their branch in Peterborough to view one specific car. We received a warm welcome and were given the keys to have a good look round the vehicle without any pressure - we then went back into the showroom and offered tea and coffee while the car was made ready for a test drive. Having made our minds up that it was the right car for us, we struck a deal and the sale was made. As I did not need the car for a couple of weeks, the car was serviced and prepared and one of their drivers (Tom) came and delivered the car to me at work. Highly professional and lovely people to deal with. I look forward to many years of motoring with my new car and will definitely come to them in future and would happily recommend them to friends and family!

Ive just bought a car from here through john and im absolutely made up, the whole process was calm fun and fair. Ive bought many cars in Peterborough over the years and been disappointed by lies and greed but here i felt like i was getting a fair price for my car and someone who treated me and my wife with respect . We had a minor issue with the car on getting home( something neither me or the dealer could have seen) and johns attitude was no prblem well sort that and give you a courtesy car.
