Came here for a new car battery as breakdown advised to get a new battery. The guy on the till explained everything as this car is new to me with start stop technology which is why the batteries for these type of cars cost more. We asked about radio codes the guy explained it all and even informed us about other technical codes may well need which we didn't even think/know about he advised he not allowed to do it which is understandable we did ask as new to all this. We haven't fitted the battery yet as we need to do some investigating on this. Would definitely recommend as the knowledge is excellent and was very patient with us we did have alot of questions and the price is the best around we found them to be cheaper than other places. Will return if/when need other parts excellent customer service and patient which is great when you don't know and need to ask

Generally I always have a good experiece with this shop. Custemer service is good but there are some downsides. It take about 10-15 min to get your order even if there is no queue. That's why id four out of five star's.

Outstanding service, great prices and really nice staff. Ordered at 3am in the morning, got to the store at 8am to collect and i was in and out within seconds. They have got a little shop bit inside with a very good range of tools, parts, oils etc. Defintly my chosen supplier from now on.

5 stars for the parts they have in store but I gave it 4 stars as if you sign up for email alerts you can get some better deals online. I went in and they wanted £135.00 for brembo front discs and pads that was the best they could do as I got email alerts I looked online and got 50% off which made it £97.00 so I bought them for collection just had to wait for the email confirmation to come through but was well worth the 3 min wait. :)

Generally have everything in stock that you need. The staff are very polite and helpful. There are a few of draw backs, the parking is atrocious which cars scattered everywhere. Due to parking on the main road it is hot and miss surviving pulling out of the car park. Finally, it always takes a while to get served I have never had to wait less than 10 minutes.

The website tells you which parts are in stock and in which branch. I travelled a bit to get a certain bush (only one left in this branch) and it was in stock. Good. Turned out I couldn't fit it myself - no problem, I returned the part to my local branch for a no-quibbles refund. Just don't forget to use a discount code.

Decent prices and stock but service isn't great and they all seem a bit special not to mention having to wait for a minimum of half an hour every time I buy something to click and collect

Checked online to see if the part needed for my vehicle was in stock and then popped into the store to buy the part. The store was busy with only one guy manning reception, but it was lunchtime so there may have been staff out to lunch. This meant a queue for taking the order and payment, with another queue for collection of the parts. My order was dealt with swiftly though, with a discount applied, the staff member on reception was friendly and happy to help. One problem for the store, considering it's on an industrial estate, is the lack of parking. I had to park at the end of a row of bays, but this seemed to be in the way. Other people had a similar problem and parked in all manner of ways, blocking exits, blocking actual bays, or stopping people from leaving. Parking would put me off returning to the store in my vehicle, and I would probably make use of online ordering and delivery in future, I just needed my part the same day.

One stop shop for everything you need for your car. The website is brilliant & often has voucher codes that can be used. Make sure these are used prior to arrival though as they're honoured for click & collect & online sales only. I've dealt with Larry for some time now who's the main guy behind the counter, He's trust worthy, honest & above all easy to get on with but professional with it. The only reason for 4 stars is the parking as it is a pain most of the time. I don't go anywhere else for what I need these days as they have never let me down.

You can order parts online and use the discount code. Some parts are really a bargain. It's useless to buy parts at full price because it's a total rip off. It's worth it if you are DIY guy. Better invest in tools and DIY especially if you have a new vehicle without rust. Their free delivery service is also worth an option.

Phoned euro at p/boro approx 10 times between 10.15 and 11.30 , no answer . Phoned euro at cambridge answered after 10 seconds , he explained p/boro maybe short staffed. On arriving at p/boro there was approx 10 members of staff , why didn't they answer 1 of my phone calls ? Apart from that got what I wanted at an ok price so happy days
