e. d.Usually a great place for all your motoring needs, but we have had the occasional issue with the wrong parts being given to us which has caused my husband a mobile mechanic to have to down tools and go swap them for the correct parts. Generally a reliable place to go.

I was 5 minutes before closing, yes on this occasion I was THAT customer. I was quite rudely turned away at the door by a man with a scruffy neck beard (- 1 star).
I came back the next day, lovely lady that served me and I explained my previous experience, she was apologetic and understanding of my frustration. On this occasion it would have been a 5 star if it hadn't been for the rudeness the day prior.
J. L.Very good service and open on Sunday too! I ordered a part online but I couldn't get the sale discount to work but when I called in to collect it the assistant spoke to the boss and they applied the discount retrospectively. While I was there I saw other examples of the staff providing help over and above what they might ge expected to. A good place!
A. L.This is the place to visit for all your car items. All at very competitive prices and plenty of bargains too. The staff are knowledgeful on the products and items they sell. You simply go onto their website, find what you want and either pay and collect. Or reserve and pay when you collect. A reliable system that works. You can also pay by cash or a verified card payment method. Simples. Also whilst there, have a look around for bargains on their shelves whilst your waiting for your order. It's very easy to find, though due to it's location parking is limited. Just be aware of this small detail folks. Try it and check it out.
M. S.Great place and staff but you're treated like a reg plate and not a human. In fairness they are big and very busy, I see no way around the dichotomy.
C.Very very long wait to get served. Regularly use it because of the online discounts sometimes 3 times a week. Never seen more than one person serving. I use the click and collect as it is a little quicker than just walking in. Good staff who 95% of the time are spot on, helpful and friendly. Would recommend but be prepared to wait especially if it's busy
S. W.The staff was incredible, I went in to look for some bike lubricant but unfortunately they had none in stock but lucky the staff on the till was very respectful and offered me if I would like to order one in and come in. But have never had a problem with this company

Not everything is good quality however, some things worth checking with the main dealer first, better quality and you might be surprised on the price.

N.An automotive parts supplier that is based on the outskirts of Plymouth, as with most Euro Car Parts stores they are quite similar with the main theme of not having enough staff to deal with customers...a shame really because the staff that are present have to take up the slack and even abuse from impatient customers! as a positive they do have a wide range of parts and accessories on offer and they are open 7 days a week.
