These lads are the absolute business! We’ve been taking our cars to them for years. They are always upfront, honest and take the time to explain what is happening with the car. Their prices are fair and they are quick and thoroughly professional. If I ever change my car, I would probably stick with a Vauxhall because I know I can trust them with it completely. I’d hate to have to find a new garage, they’re just that good!

This is THE BEST garage I have ever been to! The people are incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me! I turned up a total damsel in distress with a broken gearbox and clutch. They squeezed me in last minute, drove me to a car hire place, kept me updated the whole way along and everything was sorted by the time I had to leave!! Some of the most genuinely nice people and I trusted them implicitly. Would highly recommend!

Can't fault this garage! Being a female driver and having been ripped off by other garages these guys are the best! They take there time and explain everything down to me they are all so warm and welcoming would not go anywhere else ever again! Cannot recommend enough, as a woman, I probably speak for all, your dubious your going to get classed as thick, ripped off, don’t know what your talking about etc etc. All the guys are straight up, honest, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Friendly, helpful and really good service. Had my MOT there the last 2 years, this year the brakes needed doing so I decided that I would do them myself. Front ones were ok but the back was down to the pad plates. If I'd known they were that bad on the back I would have had them done immediately. They didn't overstate the need for them to be done which many a garage has done in the past hence why I decided to do them myself. While doing a brake fluid change I managed to drop the reservoir cap and then couldn't find it (very hacked off). Phoned them up to see if they had a replacement cap expecting a charge and they gave me a cap for free. I will trust what they say in future. Thanks very much.

These guys are great! I ordered a Corsa B EPAS column at a very good price, and received it the next day. When I came to fit it a few weeks later I discovered that the steering sensor was faulty, so I gave them a call. I received a fully working replacement the next morning at 08:45 - now that's what I call excellent service! Thoroughly recommended.

Took my 14 plate Mokka to my local dealership for a diagnostic test was was informed one of the pistons had gone and I needed a new engine! Found Premier Vauxhall Spares online and arrange for them to fit a re-conditioned engine. Left the car with them and they phoned to say their equipment wasn’t showing anything wrong with the piston. But they continued to look into it and used a camera in the piston to make sure. It turns out the head gasket is starting to go. Have undertaken some repairs, tested the engine again and have given me advice on how to continue to monitor the situation to see if I might need the gasket replacing. Really REALLY appreciate that they took the time to check and didn’t just go ahead with replacing the engine un-necessarily. Was kept informed throughout the day on what was happening and to check I was ok with what they were doing. I live over 60 miles away, but would be happy to take my car back to them. First class service and a very happy customer!
