We had a new porch area installed by Right Price PVCU. From the very start we were impressed with their non pushy and honest conversations. We dealt with Sarah, and she was extremely helpful and helped us choose the perfect door and glass for our porch. We had another quote from another company which came in quite a lot more! So Right Price were very well priced for the quality received. After install we had a slight issue but I can't say enough about how good Right Price were. They were extended quick at coming back and putting it right. An issue that couldn't have been helped but immediately put right and now it's amazing. If you are looking for new windows or doors then this is the only company you will need. Better priced priced others and customer service is a real priority for them if feels. We didn't feel like just another number like some large national companies make you feel like. Jamie

I'm an average DIY'er. I ordered 10 windows only to replace misted up double glazing units in my home. The service was good and friendly. The price was very good. The order was quickly fulfilled. I collected the windows on Saturday morning (very conveniently open on Sat mornings). The units were really well individually labelled, with info which also helped me to fit the right way! The windows also had sponge stickers on for safe transit in my car, stacked face down. I fitted the windows on Sunday, all fitted perfectly and the sizing was spot on. We can now see out of our bedroom and landing windows. Happy customer, would use again.
