Typical Euro Car Parts branch, smallish shop area, but the usual tardis like stockroom of all the parts they carry. Ordered online and used Click and Collect so was in and out in a few minutes after having a friendly chat with the staff.

Ordered online as a click and collect, which should have been a quick service.... waited for 10 minutes behind 1 customer, as there was only one assistant behind the counter, then a further 5 minutes, once I was being served to get my small part. Make sure not in a hurry to visit this particular Euro parts!

I went in on a Bank Holiday and they were open. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable, showed me all the options and gave me the choice of purchase. I visited this store back in Nov 2018, hadnt got round to writing my review, the shop assistant and manager were very informative and understanding...they took a great deal of time to listen to the car problems I was having and offer the best product they had along with a discounted price. ECP nearly always have the parts I need in stock Easy to return items with no quibbles. Never had an issue with any of the staff there. Bucket loads cheaper than Halfrauds - will often price match if there's better value out there.
