I popped in yesterday for a service kit and was served by I believe Gary, excellent young lad very helpful. He seemed like he was really into what he was doing. Iv used the shop a few times now and had great service by the same man by coincidence , so I really felt I should praise his hard work, thank you for you patience with a not so much car man..

Excellent shop. A few good staff in there. I try to use the shop on the weekend now due to past experiences with someone. But when I do go the to men in on the week end are brilliant. My wife took the lads some cakes and biscuits for helping her in the rain. I believe his name was Gary and Mark Thanks guys appreciate it

I always pop in here on a weekend with my bmw, The same young lad is here week in week out, such a polite and professional man. He was fitting a battery for me and running in and out to serve. Iv used this shop alot always been great staff seem very good apart from 1. The tall guy is good and digs deep to find your parts.there is also a younger man there mainly works week ends hes also helpful always smiling and chatty,fits my wipers in the pouring rain no issue for him atal.but there is 1 other I would avoid at all cost if I were you , very arrogant and doesn't want to help atal. I heard him swearing out back because of a job I gave him ,made me feel very uncomfortable

New review - from 5 stars 4 years ago to 5 stars again! Visited Cobra today at about 1500 to grab a new battery for my Focus. Even though the guy inside (so sorry I didn't catch your name) was on his own he ventured outside in the cold, during a break in the rain to check what I needed and even fitted it for me too. Would usually do this myself but required assistance today due to an issue I was having. He couldn't have been more pleasant. Very competitive pricing too. Cobra is one of those rare gems you're lucky to find. Amazing service, product selection, pricing and customer care.

Woke up this Saturday morning to take a test drive to my new job in Bournemouth...alas my car was not having any of it...flat battery...! Phoned Mark, explained the situation...yes, I have a model for your car in stock. My friend got her wiper blades replaced as well...Mark, no the rear is fine for now...talk about total honesty and customer relations. Always a great knowledgeable service, friendly and so much better than the others (Incl. the other side of the Water). Purchased battery at a great price and Mark offered to fit...result. Cannot fault in all the years I have used them. Thanks

Big thanks to Mark for sorting out a big problem with a faulty power steering rack. It took a couple of months to sort out, but he contacted the manufacturer on a weekly basis, and he worked hard to get a result. Thanks Mark, I'm truly grateful.
