R. N.Be prepared to face a long queue. There should be one or more persons dedicated to just bringing products to the counter, instead of the having the person on the tills doing the whole thing.
Aside from that, it works ok even when I had to do returns. The prices are great if you buy online using any of the random discount codes which are always available. There's really no reason to buy at the counter unless you are doing an emergency repair.

H. 1.Quick, easy and cheap that’s the overall experience not the staff. Staff helpful and eager to help. Will definitely use again. However would say it helps if you know what you need first.

X.Best place to buy your car parts if u do click n collect u can get massive discounts but if u go into the shop u miss out on the discount so even if u aint sure its the right part click n collect it and that way u get your discount also if u ask the very nice man who serves you he will tell u if it the right part for your car and he may also be able to help if your not sure what part it is u need

J. B.[5/5 2016/04/17] Excellent system, book online, don't complete your sale, wait 5-6 hours and you will (hopefully) get an email reminding you to AND a discount code to get you 10-15% off.
It is worth taking the parts you are looking to replace (e.g. battery, brake pads etc) with you when you go to collect your items as, with any database, it sometimes gets things slightly wrong (like the battery for my Honda Jazz 1.2 that was too big as. per. the database).
Very knowledgeable, great stock and nice clean shop with easy parking! [closed sunday and get in 1/2hr before closing as there is a bit of a rush sp. on Saturdays!]
I. D.Had what I wanted in stock, and was reasonably priced. Dropped a star because of the very long delay in getting served (about 15 mins queuing). That said it was lunch time, so it may be different at other times.
M. X.like normal, theres a bit of a queue to be served, but when you get there, they are happy, friendly and quick to assist. can't really complain about that
c. w.Long queue and only 2 out of 3 tills manned at the the busiest time. Considering the chaos of the Millbrook roundabout why fight your way there, might as well get them to deliver.
R. N. B. C. X.Most parts for most cars parking can be a bit hit and miss also avoid Saturday mornings unless you like long queues but they do their best.
Also check the price online as with the deals it some times works out cheaper than trade !!!!!
