B.Used this place for years for all our car bits. Today our son had an issue with his Honda which failed its MOT. Car parts talked through, hints and tips given, parts ordered to collect tomorrow. Honestly the nicest people to deal with who give honest advice and help in anyway possible.
M. M.Very helpful and friendly staff. Went in for wiper blades. Didn't have their own/cheaper brand so only had Bosch in stock. Was shocked that just the 2 front blades cost almost £50 so I felt this was extortionate. However, I've not been anywhere else to get price comparison so can't say if they were over priced or not. But regardless, they did have them in stock and as my wiper had snapped, they got out of a difficult situation, especially as the heavens opened up the minute they were fitted. Thanks guys.

R.I was down this way for Hospital appointment, I had noticed my bulb had gone on one of my front headlights, i got a bulb from another shop and thought i could do it myself as my Brother had shown me before , i was struggling and couldn't remember how to fit it , so in the end I decided i would have to go some place and get someone to put in for me even if i did have to pay, when someone suggested this store , I went in and asked if someone maybe able to help me it was about a month ago now, apologies for delay in posting but my life is always hectic, any way they said yes , i think his name was Dan who replaced my bulb for me, great shop and very kind of them to do this for me as i know some or most places either cannot do or charge, if i was local i would definitely use them. Thank you so much for helping me as i was worried as i had a long drive back to my home.
K. D.Called up to find something to help me hardwire in a dash-cam (probably a multi-meter or similar), the man on the phone said they have that in but also gave me advice to be able to sort it myself.
To add, a few months ago my registration plate (only double sided taped on) fell off during the heatwave and they gave me the screws I would need to attach it for a negligible price.
Great customer service, the reason I trust them implicitly and will utilise them for everything I need.

A. H.What wonderful staff at the Motorists Centre in Hythe on Fairview Parade, I cannot praise them enough. My 82 year old mum became stranded at Tesco in Applemore after her beloved old Ford Fiesta wouldn't start on return from shopping. Luckily she saw a friend who could give her a lift home. She then called the Motorist Centre to chat about a new battery but she couldn't get back to the car & worried about leaving the car there overnight because of the recent reports of vandalism & crime in that car park & garage. She loves her little car it's her freedom. The lovely guy she called came & picked her up in his car, took her to her car, fitted the battery, she followed him back to the shop & settled the cost of the battery & then home within an hour. What an absolute gentleman and hero 😀 I only wish she could remember his name, I'd have liked to promote his chivalry more publically. Thank you so much.
