P. M.I had to wait 30 minutes before someone came to the reception to deal with me. When I complained how long I had to wait the technician explained they were operating with a skeleton staff. Apart from that the windscreen was professionally replaced.

Today I visited the Autoglass centre in Stoke On Trent for a windscreen replacement. I was looked after by a technician by the name of "Phil" who was very friendly, professional and efficient. Throughout the whole process he consulted me at every stage, made sure I had everything I needed to work from their office including a cup of coffee whilst the repair was being completed. It was a pleasure to be looked after by him and I felt that my custom was valued and nothing was to much trouble!
Well done to Phil and Autoglass at Stoke, I would totally recommend them.
N. B.Not sure what to say about my experience here. The technician who carried out the repair appeared to know his job, and was efficient enough.
My car has two screen repairs carried out at the moment same time. One in particular was very much on the borderline of repairability. I hope that it gets me successfully through the MOT.
And it cost me £15.00. I thought that it would be free, or at least claimed for by my insurance. Hey ho!
C. B.Cost effective and repair completed to time allocated. Windscreen wipers not always value for money. My Lexus Dealers were £4 cheaper although I did purchase from Autoglass.
A.Drove to Auto Glass Stoke Depot. Needed full screen replacement. They had one in stock and had the time available to replace it there and then. Around 2 hours. The guys are very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend them.
