a. a.Possibly one of the best Car Autoparts Shops. Great staff and good value
D. W.The Stoke branch have one counter assistant who is not very good at finding things on the system, just says they don't stock it. I wanted some Total Hydraflush, which I knew they could order. "Don't do Total now" he said. I phoned head office who gave me the part number. I ordered on line, got extra discount and don't have to bother with the numpty ion the branch.
S.Had to wait a while with no staff on the desk approx5 mins, then walked round to goods out and asked a member of staff for help at front desk, she said they on the phone and know your waiting (few more mins). What would of been nice is a greeting and just say they're busy and they will be with you or something like this.. After that the chap behind the desk was helpful and was on my way soon after
